it’s even decorating the top of President Obama’s favourite chocolates.

We asked Wales for the highest level of support and we asked them to respond quickly. They

found us the Newport site and the package of aid that was possible from nowhere else.

The other major area we’ve tapped into is their exhibition support where we’ve gone

to Dubai and we’ve gone to many of the international food exhibitions and helped develop our business

greatly. I love exhibiting with the Welsh Government,

it works really well for us. There is a big, strong brand image and it always looks like

a really professionally built offering. We turned up here, everything was built, everything

was prepared, the graphics were done – we even got the help to actually display the

products and dress the stand. In 2013 we were Wales’ fastest growing company

and as we’ve grown as a company we’ve constantly got skilled, qualified guys and

girls coming through to cope with the demands of that growth.
