Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles - I have my own video website, it's called ellentube, and if you don't know, brace yourselves, because I have some exciting news. You ready? Yes. I have my own site. It's called ellentube. It's only been up for a few months, but it's the number one video site with my name on it. So-- Thank you, thank you. [cheers and applause] You know, what's great about ellentube is that the content is--it's fun for your whole family. Your kids are safe on ellentube. Babies love it, adults love it. Teenagers love it, which is impresive, 'cause teenagers hate everything. And you can upload your videos, and so, you've been posting some really great ones. I'd like to share some that you've uploaded here. This one is from Adolfo Sagastume, I believe, from Tarzana, California. Okay, Batbats, come on. You got this. Trick shot. In the basket. - Go. - Come on, Batman. go. - Amazing! That is very impressive, Batman. Good for you. That was a good video, then I noticed there were some mistakes people are making, and I want to help-- I'm always happy to help you, so here are some tips: when you're shooting a video, make sure there's sound. Because I ask my viewers to record themselves, 'cause I hear a lot of people dance when I'm dancing? So I said, "Hey, video yourself dancing, and upload it to ellentube." so I got one from--I think her name is Tiana Buckley from New Minas, Nova Scotia, and she forgot the sound. She was tickling twitch. Here's another tip: if you-- you should point the camera at what you're trying to film. This is what I think is a scare, and it's from Tara Murdoch in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. - I--was that a good scare? I don't know. We'll never know. You can see that exclusively on ellentube. You can watch it, over and over again and find out what-- if you can figure out what was going on. If your going to scare someone, you have to make sure and point the camera at them. - Yah! - See? See, like, I pointed a camera at Andy and Andy didn't know I pointed a camera at him, so, that was a good scare. Did you like it, Andy? - Yeah, very funny. - Okay, good. If you want to see that again, you can upload it on-- you know, I'm gonna upload that on ellentube, so people can watch that over and over again. And finally, when you're shooting with a smartphone, Um, most people know to hold it horizontally, don't you? Because if--you get more in the frame, because if you hold it vertically, the picture will narrow, like this one from Ray Thompson from Joplin, Missouri. - Ellen, would you please help me convince my wife why she needs to stay off the lawnmower? I appreciate her wanting to help me, but this is why I need your help. Here's my lawnmower. As you can see, it has been scorched in flames. And there's our fence. Thank you. Okay, so-- How does that happen? How does a lawnmower catch on fire? Why are you sending me lawnmower repair questions? I-- I want to help you. My first idea was to get you one of those push mowers, with the blades, 'cause those don't catch-- they can't catch on fire, but then I had a better idea: I called my friends at John Deere, and we are going to send you a brand-new John Deere S240 Sport. How you doing over there, Gina? - Good. - You can't get it going? Don't know how to do that? Okay. No, don't even try it. I have a feeling you'll set that--oh.
