So first, you get a pogo stick.

And then you step onto the pogo stick.

And then, you sort of hoist yourself up while balancing.

And you get on the other side of the pogo stick.

And now, you have to understand,

that this is my first day doing this since I was 11 years old.

And I can only go in circles.

I'm not sure how to not go into circles, so...

you're gonna have to ask someone who's pogo sticked all their lives.

an extreme form of exercise.
