landlord effectively moving the broker

out of the transaction entirely and you

can now do it on your phone the reason

why we started doing this so for the

last you know nine years Boston I've

been looking for a place to live

everything every other year itself and

it's so difficult to find a place that

you really love and then when you do you

end up going through a broker and it's

frustrating people's does all that works

looking for the place you love and then

you have to go through a broker anyway

we wanted to do is to solve that problem

and not do it by creating

another listing service we really

wanted to solve for what the broker does

so we do the same thing a broker does

but we do it on your phone
