because we're partnered countries and we all have to respect international rights.

We want to build a very strong relationship, a commerce relationship, with the three countries.

And our economies are complementary economies.

if we reduce red tape, it would be a win-win for US and Canadian small enterprises

because in theory, it's a tariff-free border,

but you've got a lot of papers to fill to make sure you're tariff-free,

and not under WTO tariffs.
