  • - We have told you guys how we're

  • still looking for some furniture.

  • We need to work on our family room

  • and we thought we'd make this fun

  • and do a game of Sardines.

  • And the reason why we're going to do Sardines

  • is not only because it's fun,

  • but 100 million of you keep asking us to do it here.

  • So here we are.

  • - In IKEA, doing Sardines, just for you.

  • - Yes.

  • - Thank you for making us embarrassed.

  • - Yeah, we love being embarrassed.

  • - [Kayla] That was you.

  • - That was me?

  • - That was you.

  • - So we're going to do the best we can with this,

  • hopefully we don't get kicked out or anything.

  • And maybe I'll get lucky and find

  • the chairs that we want.

  • Yeah, let's get started.

  • - Yay, let's do it.

  • - Would you look at this malm?

  • Mom, by the way, I think you're really gurli.

  • - I really like Alex.

  • - [Connie] You like Alex?

  • - [Kayla] I like Alex, sorry.

  • - [Connie] That as a linnimon edition.

  • - Mom, isn't Dad a great husband?

  • - [Connie] Yes, Dad's a great Haugesund.

  • - Mommy, I like Hektar now,

  • Alex was out of my league.

  • - [Tyler] Yeah, but what about Nekter?

  • (upbeat music)

  • - It's been a really long time since

  • we've been in an IKEA,

  • so I'm not sure how this is going to play out.

  • Shawn's going to go first,

  • and then we're going to go,

  • I think we're going to kind of be grouped up a little bit

  • because this is like a maze to go through.

  • So we can't really take off in different directions,

  • but I think it will still work out just fine,

  • we've just got to kind of take our time.

  • - All these people are starting to walk by right now.

  • - People are walking by.

  • So if you guys have never seen Sardines before,

  • the first person goes and hides

  • and then everybody else goes to look for them

  • and the last person to find the first person

  • that's hiding is the loser of that round.

  • And this is called Sardines,

  • we're going to let Shawn go and hide

  • and we'll see how this plays out.

  • Like I said, we haven't been to IKEA

  • in a long time so you might see all of us

  • walking through it at the same time, I don't know.

  • - I don't think I've ever been to IKEA.

  • - [Shawn] Now I'm ready.

  • - Alight, so we're going to let him go,

  • we're going to give him two minutes to go hide

  • and then we're going to see how this goes.

  • - Alright, say goodby to everybody.

  • Bye bye!

  • I've got two minutes to find somewhere really cool to hide.

  • It's like wide open, so I pretty much

  • have to like hide behind something

  • in order for me to be hidden.

  • So I think I'm going to chillax right here,

  • I found this little stool right there.

  • See, that's my new home for the next

  • minute and a half until people try to find me.

  • So, let's take a look and see if we can

  • maybe catch them walking by

  • because it's like a big giant aisle way

  • right here, that's like a main aisle right there

  • where anybody shopping are gonna walk right down there.

  • Let's see if I can make myself real skinny here,

  • and maybe they'll, maybe I can hide myself

  • with some of these pillows right here.

  • There we go, yeah.

  • I'm getting camo-ed.

  • - We're just chillin' on the bed here waitin',

  • and I think two minutes is probably up.

  • - Okay, let's go.

  • - It's a nice comfy bed though.

  • - [Tyler] Okay, let's find Dad.

  • - We are looking for Shawn.

  • I'm going to let the kids go this way,

  • they're going over that way.

  • I'm going to look over here.

  • - I'm just looking for him now,

  • trying to find him

  • - Now we are off to find Dad.

  • Look in the kitchen first,

  • because that just seems appropriate.

  • Um, let's see.

  • - Here we go, so I got my camo pillow stack here,

  • we'll see if we see anybody walking by.

  • - This is really cute furniture actually.

  • Like I said, we haven't been in an IKEA

  • in a really long time.

  • Ah, that's so cute.

  • - Guys, I don't think we should be,

  • I don't think we should be runnen in here.

  • - I got found like right away.

  • - Oh no, I don't know if I ever pressed record.

  • - This is going to be kind of confusing

  • because there's all these people around.

  • - [Shawn] There she goes, she didn't even look,

  • she went right past us.

  • - Okay, look, do you see him?

  • There's like dead ends in here.

  • These are all just like fake rooms.

  • It says you are here, so where's Shawn?

  • Let's see.

  • - People are shopping and are like

  • "Sorry we're getting in your shot there."

  • There she is, she found us.

  • - I almost passed you guys right up.

  • - [Shawn] Yeah, I had camo.

  • - Oh, so did you guys see him right after that?

  • he's in a couch section over here,

  • hiding behind pillows.

  • - [Tyler] Where'd he go?

  • - At least you didn't try to

  • jump up there or anything.

  • That's a really cool couch actually,

  • I probably wouldn't mind getting

  • that for one of our sets.

  • Getting the shopping done.

  • - [Connie] (laughs) Nokeby.

  • The parents are getting their turns out of the way I guess.

  • - So I don't know what's after this,

  • so let's go check it out.

  • I think these are some really cool rooms.

  • I can't spend too much time in here,

  • but I've gotta see, are these books real?

  • They really filled up the shelves with books!

  • I was wondering if those were fake,

  • because I know I've seen in Restoration Hardware

  • they have the fake books on the bookshelves and stuff.

  • Look, it has the curtains that come down and stuff.

  • Oh, but you guys haven't seen anything about that yet.

  • so they give you privacy.

  • I'm gonna hide right here.

  • And there's like this bed.

  • This would be so fun to have in your room.

  • - [Connie] So here's the bed,

  • and some furniture and storage.

  • Basically I'm just going to hide

  • behind this curtain and see if they notice me.

  • - So far I don't see her.

  • I do see a lot of people,

  • it's kind of weird because everyone

  • is looking at us all strange.

  • I should be used to this by now,

  • because we do this like once a week

  • in some kind of a public forum.

  • - She thinks I'm following her,

  • but really she's following me from the front.

  • - I'm just going to eat some dinner in my little house.

  • Look at this place, this place is literally a house.

  • sitting on a bed in a furniture store?

  • You know what gives it away when we do these?

  • The lights on our cameras,

  • because I totally saw them and I'm going to

  • sneak up on them, watch this.

  • - Kayla hates jump scares,

  • she's probably not going to forgive him.

  • names for this furniture.

  • - You could probably do like five, six videos

  • just walking through.

  • We know somebody who already has done that.

  • - Because the furniture's changing all the time

  • so the names are always changing.

  • - She did that video and we were laughing so hard,

  • so we wanted to come to

  • - So Liza, if you're watching,

  • do another one because that was hilarious.

  • - Okay so, I'm walking now and there's so many puns,

  • I'm really frihetened.

  • This place is huge.

  • I should have gone through there,

  • if I had a map I probably would have.

  • But I don't so, yeah.

  • - Two minutes are up, let's do this.

  • - Tyler's going down.

  • - Let's go.

  • - They're going to go that way, I'm going to go this way.

  • I'm going to lead from ahead this time

  • instead of from behind.

  • Let's see, Tyler is probably in a really good spot,

  • because he's really good at hiding.

  • Can you see back over there, do you see him over there?

  • - Okay, so Tyler is hiding and we have to find him

  • and I feel like I'm going the wrong way.

  • I feel like I'm going to get lost again.

  • - I don't even know, I think Kayla's going backwards.

  • I think Kayla's going to the beginning.

  • It might be a while in this round.

  • - They're never going to find me, I went really far.

  • I'm just gonna hide behind this TV and stuff.

  • This is like the TV section.

  • What the, you push to open them?

  • That's weird.

  • Like guys, you don't pull against these,

  • you push on them to open them.

  • So I'm just waiting and I'll tell you if they are here.

  • - Something is moving over here.

  • Okay, so I thought he was over there

  • because I saw the sign moving.

  • But he wasn't there.

  • - Okay, let's see, I don't know where

  • - I feel a stalker behind me, it's really weird.

  • - [Kayla] This is so cute.

  • - Kayla's getting side-tracked, so I guess I'm ready.

  • teaming up here because the faster I walk

  • the faster she seems to be walking.

  • so I'm going to go over here and look.

  • We're like barely at the end, we have all that to go.

  • it's pretty far away from the point I left.

  • So, we'll just wait and see how long

  • we've barely gotten started.

  • We've gotta look through all this furniture.

  • Kayla could be anywhere, she's so little.

  • just the lower level.

  • and it will throw him off.

  • she's probably hiding around here somewhere,

  • - Okay, so it's been a couple minutes

  • and nobody's found me, but there's like

  • random people that are coming up

  • to see the area that I'm in and they're

  • trying to ignore me.

  • It's so weird, they're like trying to

  • like jerk their eye contact away.

  • (laughs)

  • - [Connie] All these little spaces look so cute.

  • - [Tyler] Yeah, what if Kayla's in the fridge?

  • - No, that would be wrong.

  • Don't do that, don't ever hide in the fridge, no.

  • - Okay, so now I'm heading the right direction again.

  • No more shortcuts, you gotta follow the arrows

  • on the ground, if you get lost

  • they'll always tell you where to go.

  • Or the arrows up above.

  • Smart move Shawn, ditching everybody

  • while they're looking at the map.

  • I don't see anybody.

  • She's already been found I guarantee

  • Oh, no there's Tyler, he hasn't found her yet.

  • - Ah, I love this place.

  • I have not been in an IKEA forever.

  • a really good hiding spot, but she didn't do it.

  • he looked like he might have been on to something.

  • - I thought I was being really smart

  • by not looking at the map and getting

  • a head start on you guys, but apparently

  • that back-fired on me in a big way,

  • because where's Kayla at?

  • - [Kayla] I'm in here.

  • - [Connie] Kayla's hidden behind the tree.

  • I was probably a dead give-away though, darn it.

  • - Actually I saw Tyler and he started

  • bolting over this way, it looked

  • like he was on to something.

  • - You can't make a B-line to it.

  • - Yeah, you gotta make it seem like

  • wow, I wonder what that is over there.

  • You were really slow

  • - I told you you were going the wrong way.

  • - This place is so cool though.

  • I'm excited to go through the rest of the store

  • and I'm hoping I can find some chairs

  • because we need to finish our family room

  • and we never even got to the family room, did we?

  • I mean in the store.

  • - Oh well, we're kind of on a couch right now.

  • - I guess this is a family room.

  • - Every room is family room here.

  • - I don't see recliners, and I think

  • we're going to do the recliner thing.

  • This was fun, I think Shawn was last

  • almost every single time.

  • - Isn't that the same in every game we play?

  • I'm always last, I'm the worst at these games.

  • I still have a lot of fun playing with them,

  • I don't care if I lose.

  • I get to hang out with my family and have fun.

  • - We have fun going shopping,

  • that makes it fun for the guys and for the girls

  • because the girls like shopping

  • and the guys like playing hide and seek,

  • you know how that goes.

  • - Yeah, if I just stand there and watch

  • you shop, it's so lame.

  • - Some of these pictures on the walls

  • look really cute, Kayla.

  • So I think we're going to do

  • some more furniture shopping,

  • Kayla's gotta get some more pieces

  • for her room, accessorizing.

  • - Just like a couple more.

  • - Yeah, just a couple more.

  • - Wall decorations.

  • - And maybe we'll show you guys

  • a sneak peek of that, but for now
