is like taking a trip on the time machine that takes me back to the Japanese colonization.

And here you can see there's a sign that says Shakaliba.

It's a term transliterated from Japanese into Chinese and it means

a crowded market with a lot of people and a lot of things going on.

Also, here's a river surrounding this food area.

And this is also where this brand is from.

Taking a walk in this area also gives me first impression

also the scenery of the back old days.

Here, in this exhibition area,

the owner also decorated this path

by sticking the history of Taiwan and the Brand.

Also, it displays a lot of old stuff from the old past days.

This is the old kitchen model,

where people used to make sausages in the past.

And so, the reason why they started to make sausage,

was because meat back in the past was very scarce,

and if they make it into a sausage,

it would be easier to store the meat,

and also, it would be more convenient for people to get meat.

And this is why people started to eat sausage,

and why sausage has become the most famous food in Taiwan.

The second floor talks about the composition of the sausage

And so sausage has salt.

The original ones don't smell good.

So most people don't like it.

they can decide what shape they want.

Here on this wall, you can see a lot of different kinds of sausages,

that represent various places of origin all over the world.

They mixed and gathered together.

It's like a global sense and globalization.

for sure, I'll have to grab a bite on the sausage.
