  • Now face your palms down,

  • the points of your fingers face each other.

  • Lift up and push down.

  • That's good let's do another.

  • But this time when you lift,

  • your knee follows your hands.

  • Just like a puppet string,

  • it moves at your command.

  • Right knee-Up down, Up down, Up down

  • Left knee-Up down, Up down, Up down
