Now I am gonna show you how u can decrease redness of this acne

Go to Image

Click on Adjustments

And select; selective color

Select red color, and decrease amount in black

This will affect acne redness

We need some color back on lips

We can bring that back after we get rid of acne

Now select Healing brush tool

Hold Ctrl and click on clean area skin

And start painting all-over acne

Still there are some pimples we can fix it with Liquify

Select forward warp tool

final Retouch

Now to bring back color of lips

Go to layers

Layer mask

select Reveal all

Select brush tool

And paint lips with black color

This will bring back lips color

We are almost done
