Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles My name is Stefano Cordova. I am the vice president of the global innovations. Today I am going to show you how to pair coffee with food. Coffee, just like wine, has an incredible way of assuming a different personality depend(ing) what you pair it with. To start we have the Veranda. It's a blonde coffee. It's roasted very, very lightly. Light-bodied coffees go very with anything buttery and sweet. I love it with the Madeline, with the croissants, and the avocado. It makes this coffee unbelievable. The second coffee that we have is our Pike. It's a little bit more complex, has a little body. This is a just a simple heirloom tomato and mozzarella touched with balsamic glaze. It's unbelievable how this coffee transforms itself with a little salt. To finish, one of my favorite coffees, espresso. This coffee can withstand any kind of food, from beef to chocolate spread to brioche. When you pair food with coffee, you aren't just drinking coffee, you're enjoying the experience of coffee. It's a big difference.
