Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Para archery is archery but everybody that we compete against have a physical disability. We have people on our team that have no arms. We have people on our team that have no legs. We have different classifications, it's a bit like you would have different weight limits in something like judo or boxing. So you've got to level the field where people with a certain kind of disability. We're shooting against people with a similar kind of level of function and it's not age restrained. I think archery is the most inclusive sport there is. There are a recurve division and a compound division. Recurve is the more traditional one string, you know similar to the Robin Hood style. Compound shoot at about 50 metres which is about half the size of football pitch and we shoot a 10 ring which is about the size of a digestive biscuit. And then you've got recurve that shoot on 70 metres, which is about 2/3 of a football pitch and they shoot their nine ring is about the size of a CD. And in fact a lot of us can actually compete against able bodied archers. So that's a bit of a quick one there.
