Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles CLINTON'S CAMPAIGN IN 2016. FACEBOOK REMOVED THEM AND IS LOOKING FOR MORE. LET'S TAKE A LIVE LOOK DOWNTOWN THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON. A LITTLE SUN PEEKING BUT DEFINITELY A RAINY CLOUDY DAY. MARY KAY IS HERE WITH AN UPDATE ON THE POWERFUL WINDS AND A CHILLY CHANGE. WE CAN'T GET USED TO THE TEMPERATURES. IT WAS 67 TODAY. TOMORROW WE WILL BE IN THE 40s MOST OF THE DAY. IT'S BECAUSE OF THIS POWERFUL COLD FRONT. YOU SEE THE LEADING EDGE OF THE FRONT. ON THE BACK SIDE OF IT, COLD RAIN MIXING INTO MINNEAPOLIS AND OMAHA TONIGHT. AS FAR AS OUR RAIN GOES, ALL THE SHOWER ACTIVITY HAS PUSHED OUT. LITTLE HINTS OF SUN BEFORE IT SETS HERE ESPECIALLY ON THE ILLINOIS SIDE. THOSE HIGH WINDS HAVE CREATED HIGH WAVES. WE HAVE THE LAKESHORE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR COOK COUNTY, THE SHORELINES THERE, UNTIL 9:00 P.M. JUST BECAUSE WE'VE HAD STIFF WINDS AT THE LAKE FRONT. WE ARE STILL GETTING GUSTS OFFSHORE TO 43 MILES PER HOUR, 26-MILE PER HOUR WINDS AS WELL. BUT THE NICE THING IS WE HAVE LOST THAT SOUTHEASTERLY WIND COMPONENT. NOW THE WINDS AND WAVES ARE GOING TO BE COMING DOWN ON THE INDIANA SIDE BUT WE STILL HAVE FOUR FOOT WAVES HERE FOR LAKE AND INTO COOK COUNTY. LOOKING LIVE AT DALEY PLAZA, SUNSHINE THERE BEFORE IT SETS AT 6:00. WE HAVE TEMPERATURES THAT ARE MILD FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. AT MID WAY, WE HAVE 67 DEGREES. IN GARY, WE ARE 66. WE HAVE A SOUTH WIND AT 14, GOOD VISIBILITY, BUT TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO BE DROPPING WITH THE PASSAGE OF THIS FRONT. IN VALPARAISO IT'S 65 WITH THE SOUTHWESTERLY WIND, GUSTING TO 26 MILES PER HOUR THERE. AS WE GO THROUGH THE NIGHT, WE ARE GOING TO START PULLING COOLER AIR CLOSER TO US. IT DOESN'T GET HERE YET. LOOK AT FARGO, OMAHA, DES MOINES, IN THE 40s. THAT'S THE AIR MASS WE CAN EXPECT TOMORROW. WE ARE GOING TO KEEP WINDS UP THROUGH 10:00 TONIGHT BETWEEN 20 AND 25 MILES PER HOUR, EVEN TOMORROW MORNING. IT'S GOING TO BE A WINDY START WITH STILL A PUSH FROM THE SOUTHWEST. AT NOON, STILL BREEZY WITH WINDS ANYWHERE FROM 15 TO 25 MILES PER HOUR AT THAT TIME. INTERESTING TO NOTE, LOOK IT HE LOW TEMPERATURE PLOT FOR TONIGHT. MIDDLE AND UPPER 40s. LET'S LOOK AT THE HIGH TEMPERATURES TOMORROW. MIDDLE AND UPPER 40s STILL IN MANY PLACES, ESPECIALLY NORTH AND WEST OF THE CITY, 49 TOMORROW FOR A HIGH TEMPERATURE IN WAUKEGAN. GONE ARE THE UPPER 60s, CHILLY CHANGES ON THE WAY. WE WILL KEEP WINDS IN THE FORECAST AS WELL TOMORROW, AND THEY WILL BE GUSTING ANYWHERE FROM 25 TO 30 MILES PER HOUR BUT SUSTAINED AT 20 MUCH OF THE DAY. EXTRA CLOUDS MAY BE AROUND FROM TIME TO TIME BECAUSE I AM EXPECTING THAT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THIS LOW, SEE THE MOISTURE FROM OMAHA TO MINNEAPOLIS, SOME OF THAT IS GOING TO TRY TO WRAP INTO THE SYSTEM AS IT PULLS IN CHILLY AIR. SCATTERED SHOWERS FROM MINNEAPOLIS TO MADISON, GREEN BAY. A FEW WILL BE SCATTERED AROUND CHICAGO FOR THE AFTERNOON HOURS BEFORE THINGS FINALLY START TO CLEAR OUT. WE WILL KEEP A 30 PERCENT CHANCE OF SHOWERS IN THE FORECAST DURING THE DAY FOR YOUR TUESDAY. WE DRY OUT WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY. HOLD THE 50s.
