THE JURY UNABLE TO REACH A VERDICT AFTER ABOUT SIX HOURS OF DELIBERATIONS. HARVEY WEINSTEIN LEFT COURT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. NOW, YESTERDAY HE ACTUALLY TOLD REPORTERS HE FELT GOOD AFTER DAY ONE OF DELIBERATIONS. TODAY HE IGNORED ALL QUESTIONS. JURORS INQUIRIES SEEMED TO CENTER AROUND MIMI HALEYI WHO CLAIMS WEINSTEIN FORCED A SEX ACT ON HER IN 2006. TWICE THE JURY SENT OUT NOTES TO THE JUDGE ASKING TO REVIEW EVIDENCE INCLUDING EMAILS BETWEEN WEINSTEIN AND HALEYI AND OTHER ACCUSERS AND ALSO TESTIMONY TRANSCRIPTS. THE JURORS SPENT ABOUT 90 MINUTES TODAY LISTENING TO HALEYI'S TESTIMONY READ BACK IN COURT. ONE OF WEINSTEIN'S ATTORNEYS TOLD US THAT BASED ON THE NATURE OF THE JURY'S QUESTIONS, HE THINKS IT WILL BE QUITE A WHILE BEFORE THEY REACH A VERDICT.
