救世主誕辰的時候

The bird of dawning singeth all night long

清晨報曉的雞禽鳥獸會徹夜鳴叫

And then, they say, no spirit can walk abroad

於是他們說 沒有任何鬼魅敢出現

The nights are wholesome

夜晚祥安

then no planets strike, no fairy takes, nor witch hath power to charm

災星不降 妖邪不亂 巫靈不法

So hallowed and so gracious is that time.

如此神聖慈悲的時刻
