Have had to come about Well, actually, this has been in the works for a few years, but we wanted to make sure it was divine timing.

And that worked out with everyone's schedules and where we are in our lives right now.

So we're like, we're coming back on our time and on our terms.

Wear so impressed, cause 10 years, of course, in the making.

How empowering is this to come back full strength?

You guys are fabulous.

Well, now we're women, you know, we're grown ups.

We have some have kids.

Marriage is so much life experience.

So when we're coming back together now, we get to celebrate who we are as women and celebrate our our fierceness are sassiness and hopefully inspires others out there to feel the same.

And on international Women's weekend, you had a baby is six and 1/2 weeks ago.

Well, expect t get back in the show because the performances are so high.

Energy?

Yeah.

I mean, it was a challenge of a lifetime, but I trained there my whole pregnancy.

My husband has been so supportive.

He's a Pilates coach.

He was keeping me safe.

Just going back to the ballet foundations.

It really does keep your body and your inner muscles ready for anything.

And I was just so grateful to be able to explore what the female body is capable of.

And it felt like that after the X factor performance that is really in, Parent, just because you're all professional dances, tell us what the average day is like.

How much work goes into the well.

We only had five days of rehearsals for X factor.

Really?

Yes.

And we hadn't been together for 10 years, but it felt like no time had passed.

We got right into the studio.

The choreography came back.

Our energy, our synergy, was their lives and beautiful.

And it was just so much fun to be back with the girls.

And of course, actually, you, uh, before begin at Plaza 2008.

That was a real highlight for us.

How's the dynamic of the group changed now that you're back on tour?

Well, I think it's what we've been speaking about.

I mean, we've got kids now running around, you know it has you take them on tour way.

It's a family environment, and it's nice to have that the energy around of the kids make.

It was literally breastfeeding and doing dance moves at the same time rehearsal.

So that's definitely has changed so much.

You know, we're able to really see that immediate response from the fans, and that's enjoyable.

Also, the dynamic of the group is that we're actually stronger and closer than we've ever been like Ash was touching on before, where women Now we've We've done so much growing the past 10 years.

We've really evolved.

Some people are like it's gonna be different this time around is like it just took us.

It's going to be eyes more fun now common.

I think, you know, looking back on everything that we accomplished together, it was everything happened so quickly, but now we're definitely in a place to enjoy it were much more present We're appreciative.

We take.

We don't take any people.

Granted, we're so grateful for this opportunity to go one more time at this level together, and it's something that's familiar to us.

So we're back already.
