We've got the team from Longines coming over because we have a shoot with them tomorrow so they're coming to do a record of the house because we're actually shooting in the house.

Um, I'm basically just gonna get ready, do some yoga quickly.

I also have two videos to film today that I want to get filmed again.

I'll tell you a little bit more about that in a bit, but I'm gonna get my yoga kit on head downstairs and do some stretching because I ache so much.

And then I just need a sports bra, which, actually, I don't have a lot of what I do have a lot of, but I only like black ones, so I might have to go downstairs through the washing basket to find a clean one.

So I actually found a sports bra in my underwear drawer.

So this one's nice and clean.

This is just a Bieber one that I got from House of Fraser on, then I've popped me Gibson girl leggings on.

But this is all I pretty much need to head down into basement on dhe do some good stretching.

So I'm introducing Alley to a different style of yoga today.

We're doing yoga.

I've become obsessed with, you know, go basically you, like, hold these positions for two minutes and you feel like, Oh, my God, I want to give up.

This is just the stretches too much, but by the end of it, you kind of just tingle all over because you've completely released any of the tension in your muscles.

So I think that he's really gonna appreciate this on DDE.

And then I did yoga with boho beautiful as well on Dhe loved it.

When I get back from Ascot, I'm out of breath because I just went upstairs, those guys.

But I really wanted to do it with me because obviously he did the football anyway.

Now I'm gonna get ready, um, for the day, basically on, I have to film to video so hopefully you'll be able to do some stuff without the West.

But still, we are getting ready to head out for Father's Day with Ali's dad took my dad out for dinner last night, and we went Thio Cappadocia in new Pope Agonal, which is probably one of our favorite restaurants at the moment on.

But I need to pull some outfits out so I can pack, I think, and he's got my new away suitcase out for me.

I haven't used this yet.

This is like my medium sized suitcase that I can take for a couple of days away.

So I think we're staying for two nights down in Ascot on.

We had done the tomorrow evening when we finish shooting.

We're staying at the Four Seasons, and I'm incredibly excited about it on really excited to be going to ask what with non genes as well.

They are just one of my favorite brands to work with, so this is really exciting, but I need to pack something for tomorrow.

But I think I'm going Thio, where this two piece that I've got from Mango Mango is actually one of my favorite stores at the moment.

It's kind of like I find it a little bit better than Zara personally for the stuff that I kind of want to wear on.

And I've had so many compliments on it.

So I'm gonna wear for dinner tonight and then wash it and pack it, and then I can wear it tomorrow when we have welcome drinks with the Longines team.

Then after that, I don't know whether I'll be staying in my dress, but we're going to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery.
