It's a National Woman's Day.

I'm Sylvie, Shawn the guy, and on today I want to celebrate all the women that I work with.

I'm very proud that I started company than it's a women run company.

I work with my two daughters, Olivia Analects, and you have all these women around us were so talented, and it works so well is an incredible joy.

I am equally proud to work with many women in the conservation.

Andhra Sheldrick of the Sheldrick Trust in Kenya, who's raised so many orphan elephants, has been able to return them to the wild and see their Children to work with Stephanie, already with the Lion guardians who's saved hundreds of lions and getting young men in the Masai child to stop hunting lions and instead becoming lion gardens and tiki, who would trust in them my way?

Who is returning Pangle into the wild and has been able to save quite a few this extremely indigenous species?

These women are amazing.

They everyday give their life for the species and to really be able to support there has been a great joy for us.

We are very grateful also to have many of our suppliers, which are women company.

We work in it and you the one who makes our compacts.

She's been run that company for 40 years.

We work with people in France, manufacture or create in our labs many of our formulas.

We work with women in Switzerland who also worked on asking care.

So today, on this day, let's celebrate the intelligence, the hard work and the success of so many women in their passion around the world.
