They haven't been seen in six months there.

Mom Lori Val Oh is in jail facing a number of charges, and now her husband is indicating he may know something about the kid's condition.

Good morning.

Valerie's husband, Chad Day Bill has repeatedly refused to comment about the Children, but that has now changed.

What he's now saying is giving some hope that his stepchildren may still be alive.

This'll Morning Exclusive video shows the stepfather of these two missing Idaho siblings leaving Hawaii as he talks publicly about 17 year old Tiley Ryan and seven year old J.

J.

Val.

Oh, for the first time, Chad Day Belle telling ABC News the kids are safe but giving no more details.

Several people telling ABC News he shared the same with them before heading toe Idaho, where his wife, Lori Val oh, will soon be extradited.

When I said, Are your kids okay?

And he said Yes, I said, Is Laurie OK?

And he said, Yes, Val Oh, is in a Kawai jail, being held on $5 million bail for criminal charges related to her Children's disappearance, according to an affidavit.

Tiley was last seen with Val Oh at Yellowstone National Park last September, and a week later this last known image of J.

J was captured on doorbell camera and obtained by East Idaho News.

I hope there is justice, no Children, police say.

During a welfare check last fall, Laurie lied to investigators about Jay Jay's whereabouts and has since repeatedly refused to say where the Children could be telling.

Still, family members remain hopeful.

I just think that we have to believe that they're safe.

And Laurie Val Oh has denied any wrongdoing.

And now that she's given up her fight on extradition were told, officials are finalizing their logistical plans for getting her back to Idaho to face charges, which is expected to happen this week with such an alarming case.
