  • it was going on guys today we're going to take a look at a new figure.

  • Rise standard.

  • Ultraman kid Here, this is the 1 12 scale Ultraman suits Tiger.

  • I think that's how it's pronounced right.

  • Tiger could be wrong about that.

  • I have still not seen the Siri's or anything at all.

  • Have no experience with that.

  • But I love these kids.

  • They're really, really cool kids, despite not really having much in the way of articulation just because of the led gimmick in them, they're still really cool looking kids and really awesome box are on.

  • These two boxes are amazing, and the instructions, which will see once we get the box open, also have really cool boxer.

  • It's from my experience so far.

  • The boxer and the artwork on the instruction manual is different, and the case always ends up being that we got really awesome artwork on both.

  • So before we get into, as always, big thank you to us a Gundam store for their support of guys, check the link down in the video description below and go to your second story can save 10% off everything there on the sites and check out the different Ultraman gets there and see which one you like.

  • They're all pretty much the same in terms of the pros and cons of them.

  • But this one does look especially cool when it was first.

  • Now, it's actually to be honest, I wasn't really all that into the design.

  • But as I've seen Maura of this, I've gotten a lot more into and I'm really looking forward to this now.

  • So you're on the size of just kind of got the same thing.

  • They're on the front of the box, but down here on the bottom, we've got a lot more to see here.

  • So I love the addition of the purple color.

  • Added to this to here, it also has some yellow parts added around here.

  • The color, I think, And then it also has this really cool weapon which will see here in a moment.

  • But here is just a friend in back of you there.

  • Look at some of the articulation for this.

  • So it looks like maybe they did try to improve from the articulation in the shoulders in the waist a little bit here for this, But like I said with the other one's just because they have the led unit in the stomach there like this in the torso that usually hinders a lot of the articulation in the tourist.

  • Oh, they're so we'll see how much it's improved for this one.

  • That's what they did recently announced that they're re releasing new versions.

  • I think of the B type and the version 7.5.

  • I think inversions without the led gimmick, and you can get them with more articulation in them.

  • So it's kind of a trade off there.

  • But that's cool.

  • They're re releasing those like that.

  • So after many think about checking those out anyway, over here, look at some of the effect parts.

  • So it's got some really cool effect parts in here once again kind of standard Ultraman effect in this sort of like beam saber effect as well.

  • It's pretty cool.

  • And then this really cool weapon, which I think is really unfortunate that it's not really pictured in use anywhere in the box in front of the box and other pictures on the side of the box on here.

  • You got no pictures of this weapon and use, and that was actually one of things that really sold me on the designers.

  • How cool that looks on the arm.

  • It's like a shield weapons sort of thing that bugs on, too, I guess There it is.

  • It's just kind of really hard to see about that.

  • It just wasn't really all that big.

  • But anyway, there, so that's there.

  • And in the led gimmick for this one will give you two different colors for the chest, either blue or red.

  • And then it also you light up the eyes and yellow there as well.

  • So pretty awesome around here on the other side.

  • Just got a little bit information there about the Ultraman suit tiger just school standing post there.

  • And then look at some of the parts here that they're gonna be in a high glossy red.

  • And it looks like plated silver again.

  • Life with the other kids as well.

  • It's a list price for this around 5000 yen.

  • So pretty standard for these in the line.

  • They're pretty expensive.

  • I think that's just doing a lot too.

  • So we're plating on them just like they're just got high high gloss and silver plating on the parts and then also just led gimmick.

  • You're paying a lot, really, Just for this war, one little small able to, you know, unfortunately, But that's just how Ben Die does it.

  • And it looks like as per usual, we got a pretty sizable sticker sheet on this one once again, not really great to see that, but that is par for the course for.

  • These other kids in the line have been pretty similar in the amount of stickers.

  • Unfortunately, and so, yeah, it looks like in this case, we don't have different box are for the manual, so that's a little bit disappointing.

  • It's just gonna be the same as what's on the front of the box.

  • So I'm kind of disappointed by that.

  • That was not really a big thing, but it was something that was nice about the other.

  • Kids had different boxer artwork here on the manual, which was really cool.

  • But in this case is just the same thing, at least is a full version of that second seat more down below anyway, because there's not really too much else to see that, I suppose, or year once again, just some information in Japanese and in English about the ultimate tiger over here about the appear Ian Spear, which I guess is that weapon they're so once again there and Japanese and English as well.

  • And then just the marking guide here.

  • So it's got some markings for it again, like with the other suits.

  • I didn't bother putting in these markings on because they're just stickers and they're super tiny.

  • And the stickers already aren't really gonna look that good, especially on like plated parts on dhe high gloss parts and especially what they're so tiny.

  • You're just going to see you just as much of the sticker as you are the actual marking.

  • So there's the colored guys down there at the bottom as well, also in Japanese and English.

  • And let's just crack open the manual here.

  • So we've got inside expecting not really too much of anything special, but we'll just take a look at this.

  • We got our parts list up there at the top.

  • You can see it's pretty minimal, not really having a ton of parts in there, so these are relatively simple in their design.

  • And then it's just all through the construction here, as this all unfolds out like that.

  • So you just go through all the construction of that pretty standard.

  • But what do you want to point out over here is they also include a section about the led units, and so you can see how you press that you press it once and light will turn blue and stay on for three minutes.

  • Press one more time and it will stay red for three minutes and impressive one more time, and it just stays blue until he turned off.

  • Present more time.

  • It'll switch to read and then president more time, and it'll completely off so you can choose whether you want to have it on just temporarily or permanently.

  • So that's pretty cool.

  • But all right, so anyway, let's just get to the runners, then.

  • All right, Here's a look at those markings.

  • Stickers is actually a pretty small sheet, really.

  • Only a few on there tend to be precise, but as you can see, they're pretty small, little tiny markings there.

  • But on the flip side, as I said, the foil sticker sheet is pretty large.

  • You've got quite a lot on here.

  • That's disappointing, but also not surprising because, like I said, the other kids online have been pretty much the same thing years.

  • Just a look at our led.

  • And as you can see, it has two lights, one for the chest and the one that will go up through the next to light up the head and s B 13.

  • A very familiar runner for a Gumpel builders because that's the standard one of 44 scale beam saber runner here.

  • In this case, it's in the light blue instead of kind of the standard pink for most complex.

  • But right then, runner, eh?

  • Here's on four colors.

  • As you can see, we've got some clear yellow at the bottom.

  • That's just gonna be for the clear part, going up through the neck on the clear part for the eyes.

  • Got some red here and pretty high gloss there and then some high gloss purple over there on the side.

  • You got your effect part up there, which isn't just like a kind of milky clear color.

  • I'm surprised, actually by the color that that it's not actually clear blue.

  • But if we test under some black light, you can see it lights up really right under black light there.

  • So if you have some sort of black light display or something, be looking really cool from Toby.

  • Here is gonna be a bunch of our silver plated parts.

  • As you can see, it all looks pretty nice and bright, shiny and undersea one as well.

  • Some more silver plated parts.

  • You're the one.

  • We've got a few more parts here in the high gloss red from D to a few more parts in high gloss purple.

  • And the last is runner E in this really dark gunmetal color here for some of the joints and hand Farr's things like that.

  • And we do also have the same base runner which we've had include with other kids as well, which will give you a nice base for the kid and some cool effects that you could make with this.

  • All right, so that's everything in the box.

  • Let me go ahead and get this built up, and we'll see how it looks.

  • All right.

  • When it all comes together, here is how it's gonna look.

  • And it was a pretty interesting bill that will ultimately, you know, very similar to the past gets in line.

  • But there were some differences, especially most notably there around in the torso section around the led unit.

  • Seems like they definitely tried to make the torso a little bit more articulated despite still having the ability unit in there.

  • So we'll take a closer look at that here in a moment, but just wanna give you guys look around the kid.

  • Still, you know, it's not really fun applying all the stickers on to their It's definitely not quite as bad as some of the past kids, though.

  • The stickers that are on there are, you know, not great, but at least it doesn't have like a ton stickers like especially on, like making up some very large color absolute for like the side of the body that we had on a few of the past kids.

  • We had, like 567 stickers making of one large section of color.

  • It's not quite like that.

  • So it's a little bit more understandable in this case, but still wish that maybe for like the stickers on the legs, those big brown, big dipper, darker grey stickers there on the legs that that could have been like a separate peace or something.

  • Couple separate pieces to go on there to make that up so you wouldn't have to use stickers for that.

  • But again, still, though, it comes out looking very cool, and I'm looking forward to trying out some poses with this and seeing how well it pulls off some cool poses.

  • But for the time being, let's just take a closer look at some of the stickers and some of the articulation that we've got of this.

  • And then we'll check out its accessories and trials and poses.

  • First up, you got a sticker here on the front of the head, which is optional there.

  • That's actually the clear part for the eyes also comes out for a little clear part there, right in the center of the head.

  • And so if you want to have the light showing through there, you can or you concur that what the sticker as it shows here.

  • So it's just kind of up to you how you want to do that.

  • I just for the time, for the time being, just stuck a sticker over that that we have these yellow stripes here for the front of the chest.

  • That's fine.

  • Those stickers there on on the back as well.

  • Work.

  • Fine.

  • Going down here to the forms.

  • You have this red sticker there for that little bit.

  • Really?

  • Wish that that was just a separate part.

  • Wouldn't really been too difficult, I think, Uh and then down here on the legs.

  • Now, this big silver sticker which wraps all the way around the whole back of the leg, that one.

  • Also, I can kind of understand, but just wish that maybe at least some of these dark gray stickers around here you have 1 to 3 on each leg.

  • That may be at least a couple of those could have been eliminated by just a dark gray piece in there.

  • But so otherwise, that's really pretty much in for the stickers.

  • So it's not really as bad as some of the past kids in the line.

  • As far as the articulation goes here in the neck, you have a double joints have been joint there at, like the base where, like the base of the neck and I also joined here at the top of the head will move up and down a little bit like that.

  • And then you have just some fordham back movement side to side movement there at the base of the neck as well, like the detail, especially right here on the back of the head.

  • How do you have, like, these events going out the back?

  • No.

  • Typically, we're used to seeing, like with gumpawa on Gundam designs these vents pacing out the front of the face.

  • So just come interesting.

  • The CDs are facing out the back for a change than just the nice red piece there.

  • The back of the head is nice.

  • You don't have any seam line or anything there on the head.

  • That's cool.

  • Other stickers I forgot about here on the top of the shoulders.

  • So you have this silver sticker which goes over the top of this part here, and you actually see how the stickers like I live it sunk down into their cause.

  • That's the stickers actually covering up.

  • Ah, cut out detailed There.

  • The detail.

  • Let's go ahead and peel this off for you guys to see.

  • So is it would just wear the connector piece of the connection onto the shoulder.

  • Armor here needs that hole there, just by the way the bandit designed it, but they didn't want to have that part of the design, so they just cover that up with a sticker.

  • It's relatively convincing from a distance and now minds a little bit messed up.

  • But that's okay.

  • I'll end up just taking it off before painting that get anyway.

  • But anyway, so that part will move up and down on it.

  • Selling the whole shoulder will swing to the front to about their sea of some Fordham back movement.

  • There in the shoulder is basically just kind of on a ball joint there, but the interior peace in there doesn't really allow too much extra movement there for that.

  • You have some rotation here at the top of the arm, and you can bring the arm outs and up to more than any degrees there.

  • So not a bad upward angle there.

  • For that.

  • The elbow joint will give you in a slightly more than 90 degrees.

  • That's gonna be about it, and then the wrist is just on a ball joint.

  • There we have our closed fists and we do have some other hand options.

  • You go over here in a moment like said, the torso is where this gets a little bit interesting because basically, like these two silver parts here, the front in the back half, Uh, they don't connect, but they line up here in the centre.

  • But as you move the torso around their kind of meant to, like, slide and collapsing on each other or something, or sort of.

  • So when you move this backwards, you can see it creates this gap in there.

  • But there's like a track.

  • These parts can slide in there for this backwards movement there.

  • So this whole kind of between the red part and the silver part in this other red part those parts kind of like accordion in and out a little bit like that.

  • And so it's a kind of interesting way that band eyes designed those parts and doesn't necessarily have a stomach crunch.

  • But what it does here is bend.

  • They're between, like the top and bottom halves of the torso at the front.

  • You have a point of articulation kind of here just underneath that clear part, there in the centre for this to sort of bend for their like that.

  • So again, it's a little bit strange the way they've done it, but it sort of works out.

  • So I guess to give you a little bit of movement there forward, like that s I decided to kind of I got a little bit of Bender there, but nothing, really, actually, too much to really to speak of these purple bits here above the leg, which are just They're kind of ball joints, and they kind of move a little bit and ultimately, just kind of get in the way.

  • Actually, I find a little when you're trying to move legs around.

  • They're just kind of like I'm trying to figure out how these they're supposed to be positioned there while trying not to have the legs kind of crashing with those too badly.

  • And here on the butt plate, if you remove this part, you can see where this will plug onto an action base.

  • But I find this part very difficult to remove.

  • So just be careful with this.

  • A go once.

  • That's awfully See, here is the other sticker that I forgot about.

  • This is a dark gray part, but you have this big red sticker to cover that up.

  • So I guess it's just meant to look like this.

  • Just if you're gonna play action based on to that.

  • It's still spent to have a red part there for the bum.

  • So I don't know why they didn't just make just a hole in this part here.

  • But I guess just if you don't want to display this on action based, then you have this piece here that you So I guess it would have been, like, ultimately the best option.

  • I think I'll just be two separate red pieces and you could just switch them out if you want to have it on action based or not.

  • But then, as for the hip joints, that these are very interesting indeed.

  • So they'll move kind of up and down like that.

  • And then you have some rotation here at this point, and then some rotation there with that point.

  • So they're very interesting design here, which will ultimately let you bring the leg up to all over to there, which is pretty nice.

  • And then swinging that out to the side actually can move a little bit like that again.

  • It's gonna be a little bit auto looking a little bit strange, their connection for that, But you're are able to get the leg all the way out to the side like that.

  • That is gonna be about the full extent of the legs there for their outward angle like that, which is not too bad.

  • And it's pretty interesting how the mechanics go for this whole hip section.

  • But closing that back up here at the knee, you have Ah, nice double joint there for a really full band in a separate peace.

  • Therefore, the knee armor.

  • So that's all pretty nice going down here to the ankles.

  • The feet are also changed in their designs.

  • He was so far side to side movement here.

  • The ankle?

  • Yes.

  • Um pretty and actually a nice side to side movement.

  • Four in back room is not too bad either.

  • But we have different here.

  • Is that the ink, The ankle, not the back of the foot in the front of our separate pieces.

  • So it's not like the front of the foot is like a movable toe.

  • But what you have is a moveable hell in this case, which is kind of interesting, so that moves up and down like that.

  • So basically, you can create this to, like, stand up like pointed toes like that.

  • Something like that.

  • Sort of.

  • There's a pretty interesting way that the foot goes together and then up underneath the foot.

  • Yes, a nice detail there as well.

  • There were a quick just to go through the accessories here.

  • We do also have a set of open hands.

  • We only have one set of armor for the back of the hands.

  • You will have to switch those if you plan on switching out the hands and once again just our connection piece for connecting this onto an action base that will just plug on two.

  • They're just your stand on three millimeter pagan, and this plugs into the back of his butt.

  • But this does also serve as a part separator here.

  • This part here and this is your piece to push the button on the led unit so it's kind of a multi tool.

  • Also slashed like connector apiece for inaction makes kind of interesting how they put all that into one for this effect.

  • Far what you need to do is just go to the back of the arm here and pop this part off and replace that with this one here, which has hard point in that for connecting this onto their simply enough just plugs it into the back of arm there like that.

  • And there you go works pretty simply and, as you can see, holds up the weight just fine.

  • Well enough for that.

  • And then, for these, a period on spirit looks pretty cool there on the top of the underside, though, it's not really nothing too much to look at, but this one as well, we'll just plug into the arm just using that same piece.

  • Now that connection peace can be plugged into either the right or the left side.

  • It's the same piece it would fit on either side, just f y, and you only have one of them should also mention that it'll just fit onto the arm.

  • There, like that looks very cool.

  • Then, of course, we have our beams ever affect parts.

  • The only one of these, so you'll have an extra blue one, and that just fits into there for a pretty cool weapon there like that as well.

  • So it's gonna try out some action poses aroma, but that's looking very cool.

  • But first I just want to talk about how you turn on the led for this kid's a little bit different from before.

  • So this part here on the back and so just popping off actually slides up.

  • And now you have to slap that up.

  • That comes out variously, so I like that.

  • That's a little bit better.

  • It's easier to take off.

  • I feel like it's just, like slotted down under there now before with other kiss.

  • You just take off that part and then you can press the button.

  • But the button is down there, See, actually have to take it apart a little bit more.

  • You have to pull off this whole section of the kid here, which is just that friend connection there.

  • And now you can get to the button here and then once again, remember, from manual pressing this once will turn it on blue.

  • And it was down for three minutes, and so that looks very cool.

  • We just dropped down the brightness here of my camera so you guys can see that a little bit better.

  • But yeah, the blue light is really nice and bright and in the eyes look very close.

  • Well, press that again and it will turn to red.

  • It'll turn off in turn back on with red like that.

  • The light up sequence for that is pretty cool.

  • That'll just down for three minutes, We press it one more time, then it'll turn off and go back to blue again.

  • And now it doesn't stay on indefinitely until we turn it off and then one more time just goes back to read.

  • Now that will stay on like that, red indefinitely until it goes off.

  • And then we press it one more time and it will just turn off.

  • So there you go.

  • There's the sequence for the led unit, right?

  • Then for just quick size comparison here it is compared with a 1 44 scale H g Gundam Kim.

  • And as you can see, you're going to be a little bit taller than that for sure.

  • Definitely not up to the size of, like, a master great kit, but somewhere in between the two.

  • So I definitely got a feeling that the oppose ability of this is definitely better than the kids have been in the past.

  • It's still a little bit junkie, though, so I feel like they're still kind of figuring it out, then we do also have the kids coming up that are the re releases of the previous kids that are without the led unit, and those should have some definite improvements to the articulation.

  • But anyway, for this kid, though, I feel like it's not too bad you couldn't pull off some cool pose.

  • With this, you can do the iconic post there with the beam effect apart, and it looks pretty cool now that can be applied to either arm.

  • Earlier, I mentioned about how that connection part can be.

  • They're attached to the left to the right, that being effects can be used only the left or the right side.

  • As for the superior and spear weapon that can only be attached onto the right arm, the connection piece for that is made in a way that only will attach onto the right arm.

  • You could swivel it around.

  • You could turn it around, but it won't fit onto the arm quite right.

  • A look of it weird to think so.

  • With only a little bit of modification, you could get it onto the left arm without too big of an issue, but it's really only meant to be there on the right arm anyway.

  • And then it's as we're checking out a few poses here.

  • You may also be wondering why I'm not using the included base that was included with this that clear base that you have.

  • Basically, the main reason is just that that basis is just a little bit annoying, because whenever you want to change the angle of it, you have to pull the pieces apart.

  • And it's just if you're changing the poses, like back to back in quick succession like I'm doing here, just changing the posts every couple minutes just as I'm recording their view, it's kind of hard pulling those pieces of parts just to change the angle of the base.

  • If I need to adjust the angle just a little bit, it's much easier to just with the simple base like this.

  • So well, the base that's included is nice enough, and it works pretty well, especially if you plan on just posing the kit and just setting it up on your shelf and not really touching it for a while.

  • But if you need to change the pose, you know, a few times in a row you might find it just a little bit annoying using that included base its overall.

  • I think this is a really cool addition to the line that led unit once again as a really cool part of the kid.

  • Certainly adds a lot to the price, unfortunately, but overall, the kids really nicely detailed.

  • The articulation is slightly better than past versions and led.

  • Very cool, though the only thing that I feel like with led is it's cool when you're using it.

  • But I feel like you have this.

  • Get up on your shelf.

  • You're not really gonna be taking the time to turn on the led every I know every so often, you know, just maybe when you want to show it to someone or something.

  • But most of the time you're probably not gonna have the led on if you leave it on.

  • I don't know how long the battery is gonna last night depends on the battery brand or whatever, but I can't imagine it would last more than a couple days.

  • So the Elian is cool when you want to show it to someone or like you're doing some photography with the kids.

  • You know you can have the led on and it works pretty well.

  • But for most people, most of the time, I figure you're probably not gonna have led on, so it's only gonna be the kind of thing that you're just gonna use, you know, for a while, it's gonna be a cool effect, but it's not really gonna have a long term impact just and having this get upon yourself.

  • So that's my thoughts on the kid.

  • Let me know what you guys think down below.

  • You're interested in Maur kids in the line in the future or not any kind of bored with these kids.

  • At this point, I'm curious to hear what you guys think about them.

  • As always again.

  • Guys think you're gonna store for their support as well.

  • You can check out this kid and others like it again there at us.

  • I'm gonna restore The link is down below and, as always, think it's much for watching guys.

it was going on guys today we're going to take a look at a new figure.
