And, Dr Jen, the first question I want to ask you about the cruise ships the U S.

State Department now advising Americans not to travel by cruise ship, right?

I mean, it comes down to risk versus benefit, Tom, and obviously now the risk outweighs the benefit.

We have to remember these air literally small cities at sea.

Thousands of people in close quarters close contact with each other with a passenger list that basically skews older in General.

Andi, we're watching what's happening with this ship off California after what happened in Japan, Thousands of lives at stake.

Also busy time during spring break.

Now we also just heard about what's happened in northern Italy.

It's happened in China.

We're talking about the mass quarantine.

Could something like that happened here in the U.

S.

I think it's definitely possible you're referring to something that we call social distancing, and that's an aggressive measure that's taken to help contain an outbreak or slow it spread.

So we're talking about closing schools, canceling large gatherings, working from home, which obviously not everyone can d'oh on.

Very effective in not only slowing the spread but buying us time and also helping to protect the more vulnerable populations.
