  • Dan, How do you create content on a continuing basis?

  • It is not easy to create content, and it's definitely not easy to create content on a continuous basis.

  • So a lot of people, they ask me where How do I stay?

  • Consistent.

  • To be able to produce so much content continuously regularly, consistently.

  • What's my secret?

  • The secret is actually very simple.

  • I have a saying that is this.

  • It's not a routine is rubbish.

  • Tina's rubbish.

  • So you might have the best intention to create content to make that video to do the podcast to post on social media ought to write that article, but it is not a routine, meaning that it is blocked out on a weekly basis.

  • You're not gonna do it if you wait till that, you feel like doing something that all today I feel like doing it more.

  • I don't feel like doing it if you wait till the perfect moment or your feeling is not gonna happen.

  • But when your schedule it when you block out the time when you say you know what, from this time this time, I am going to create content.

  • How do the rich get rich and stay rich.

  • What do they really invested?

  • Click the link in the description now and in the beginning you don't need to be too crazy and too ambitious.

  • Maybe you have a YouTube channel and don't go crazy.

  • Don't do what I do like a movie to every single day.

  • Maybe you know what you say.

  • I'm committed to making two videos a week, and then you block all the time for, Let's say, for every Tuesday from 3 to 6 example.

  • Three hours.

  • My goal is to create TV deals.

  • That's it every single week that I'm gonna upload that to videos to YouTube.

  • That's perfectly fine.

  • That's good, right?

  • That's consistency.

  • And you do that enough.

  • You'll be more efficient.

  • You'll be able to get it done faster, maybe in the beginning and takes you a few hours to Cranko.

  • One video, then laid on only takes you maybe an hour to Cranko One video and then later on, maybe only takes your 30 minutes to produce one video right.

  • You would get better through time through repetition through quantity, and then you'll be able to add more and do more.

  • But the key here, when it comes to content a lot of people to give up too soon, right?

  • They make a few BDO, do you write a few block poles and say, Oh, no one watches my stuff Noise paying attention?

  • I'm not getting any traction, and then they give up too early.

  • My gin of channel.

  • The first few years I didn't get any traction.

  • It took me a good 18 months, 18 months to go from zero to just 1000 subscribers, 18 months.

  • And then it took me another egg ones to go from 1000 to $10 subscribers just think about it.

  • That's a long time.

  • That's creating a lot of content without getting any results, right, without seeing a whole lot attraction right?

  • I had the self doubts, too, but I was focused.

  • Danny Aun Lee took me from $10 into 100,000 subscribers on YouTube on Lee one year ago, from $10 under 100,000 and then for 100,000 to 1 minutes of diapers and other year.

  • That's exponential growth.

  • That's 100 times in just two years Now.

  • They are lost strategies and systems and techniques that load along the way.

  • It's not luck, but he's actually very, very data driven and scientific.

  • How we do it right.

  • I have a little small little course that I teach that it's actually available on Dan Lock Shop on dental shelf dot com, you could check it out.

  • But the bottom line is this that you want to be consistent, that you need to do it.

  • In spite of refuse, I get not getting a lot of traction.

  • But if you keep doing it, keep doing it.

  • Keep doing it at the same time, you are looking at the numbers you're looking at data toe, adjust and pivot to create content that people love to watch.

  • People love to consume.

  • People love to read.

  • You will grow when it's not a routine.

  • It is rubbish.

  • I got it.
