  • What are we - and by "we", I mean "you" - cooking today, you little hunk of spunk?

  • We're going Fresh & Fast today

  • with a lightning quick recipe of Lemon & Herb Salmon and Roast Veggie Couscous.

  • Great, look at that.

  • Wholesome, fresh ingredients, ready in as little as 15 minutes.

  • - 15 minutes! - Forget takeaway

  • Not that we order takeaway. We only eat HelloFresh, don't we?

  • Mm-hmm.

  • So what we're doing is combining the zapped couscous with the spinach leaves.

  • The Kalamata olives and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • While you're mixing that, do you reckon I can do a few more little flashbacks?

  • Yeah, go for it.

  • Yes! Alright, so my next guest was the annoying...ly perfect, Elyse Knowles.

  • Did you like that episode?

  • She is so hot, it's one of her jobs. She also writes books - don't we all?

  • And I felt really bad about myself but then I realised she was a bogan and I was like yessss!

  • But then I realised I was a bogan as well so I didn't feel very good again.

  • See how easy the recipe is? They put really pretty pictures there so even models can understand it.

  • she can smash a haloumi taco.

  • Haloumi is like the steak of cheeses!

  • Cooking it slowly helps bring out the sweetness.

  • Okay, step two is we pan fry some salmon.

  • So I know we should have guest but if I did have one it would definitely be Anthony, the Blue Wiggle.

  • You looking for a drummer?

  • Hi-5 might be.

  • [Laughing]

  • Slice the lemon. I'm going to chop the chives. Finely grate the carrots.

  • And I'm going to bash the chicken.

  • Doooit dooit dooo

  • I know Emma's great.

  • She's the best.

  • Can she do that?

  • Hang on a second. Do it again.

  • No, she can't.

  • Just saying.

  • I wanted to end with one of the most excellent men in the world, who is definitely doing

  • more charity work than I ever will in a lifetime.

  • I'm going to get the pepitas.

  • What are they?

  • - Pepitas - Nah, we never had those

  • - No cos you were too... - We were too poor darling

  • - Do you think you'll ever retire? - Nah, from what?

  • From the charity work that you do?

  • Nah nah, it's not charity work, it's just work.

  • Do you know what, that's actually very similar to what I do.

  • What do you do?

  • I take inappropriate, half naked, unflattering photos of myself and put them online.

  • What, to put people off?

  • Ohhh, okay darling. So what's the final step?

  • Final step is step three: to serve.

  • - Is that it? - That easy

  • Good plating.

  • Verrrrrry nice plating.
