MEANWHILE, IN DELAWARE COUNTY, OFFICIALS HAVE DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY TO COMBAT THE CORONAVIRUS CASES. THIS IS A COUNTY WHERE THE FIRST CASE WAS CONFIRMED LAST WEEK. HEALTH OFFICIALS SAY THEY HAVE THE SITUATION UNDER CONTROL. THE CDC AND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH BELIEVE THEY KNOW HOW THIS PERSON GOT IT. THEY ARE ACTIVELY MEETING WITH THE PEOPLE, VISITING THEIR LOCATION SO WE ARE CONFIDENT THE MATTER IS UNDER CONTROL.
