Many suburbs of Boston are still seeing the effects of the rising water.

Even today, officials in Lawrence, Massachusetts, air keeping an eye on the Spigot River.

It's expected to crest a 10 feet.

Many residents have been evacuated there, and crews have put up barricades to try and protect homes and businesses from the rising waters.
