Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles the violent incident caught on camera and a major reversal by law enforcement. Chicago The FBI now involved. Here's ABC Zachary Quiche. Tonight, the FBI and local authorities are reviewing this video showing police in Chicago shooting a man at a train station. Theo Officers stopped demand for walking between cars while riding the train. A misdemeanor offense. Police using a stun gun, wrestling the man to the ground in a struggle to handcuff you. A witness recorded the incident he was resisting, but he was not violent as far as I could see, and he was unarmed at some point, the male officer said. Shoot him. The female officer, I think, at that point pulled out her mace and faced him in the face, the man staggering to his feet as one of the officers pulls out a gun and follow you. A second gunshot fired shortly after the incident is drawing attention to police use of force, Chicago's mayor Lori Lightfoot, calling the video extremely disturbing, adding the officer's actions are deeply concerning tonight that man is recovering in the hospital that charges against him have been dropped and there's an independent investigation. Now those officers are off patrol. But their union says the mayor and the department should not be commenting until all the facts are out. Tom. All right, Zach.
