But I know that in video really touted how they spent 10 years and a $1,000,000,000 of development for the to architecture to suddenly in a year and 1/2 to change manufacturing process to somehow cram more crude.

Of course, in there, I don't think that's truly what's happening.

But again, I don't have evidence or proof of that.

So at the end of the day, even if that is, what's happening in video continues to do that, which is where you was.

The buyer choose whether or not you want to buy the card, and that's what it really comes down to.

It's a little bit faster.

It replaced the 2080 at the same price point.

They got rid of the stupid $100 Founders edition price bump that we all complained about when the 10 80 launched in 2016 where we complained that that $100 price bump is only gonna confuse the market.

It's gonna artificially inflate pricing, which is exactly what happened.

99% of the Abe cards were all priced to compete and exceed the Boundaries edition pricing because they put more R and D into their coolers.

They're bigger, the robust, their custom PC bees.

They're better.

Boost tables, boost clocks, better acoustics, all those things being in the better category.

They, of course, want to charge it price it Maur than if ours edition card.

So finding any card M S R.

P was extremely difficult.

Well, it's it's had a positive impact.

Pricing Now this card and the reason why we're showing here and we showed it in our benchmarks is, in my opinion, one of the biggest, baddest, best over clocking card that you can get for any of the NVIDIA stuff.

One of the reasons why we tested the baby card here is I wanted to see, um, how much extra we got out of this typically with the baby card to get extra boost clock because of better performance, you obviously get better thermals.

This card never exceeded 59 degrees in any of our testing.

Open our test bench, of course, and I'm going to stand by that which I have for years because it means the limited.

The limiting factor and cooling is the cooler itself, not the chassis of the box.

And it's stuck in this card.

Reached, uh, it's on the chart 76.

I believe it was.

And because of that, we saw slightly better scores with this card, even though it only boosted to approximately the same frequency as this card, which is believe it was 1925.

But what we saw was the fact this maintained that clock better because of the better thermals and the way GP boost three works because of the overhead and power drawing, all that sort of stuff.

If we move the power slider on this, we would have gotten even more.

But all the settings you saw and all the scores you tell we're out of the box for both of these cards just to see how they sort of compare.

But that was a long way winded way of me saying, Buy them getting with the Founders Edition pricing.

This has a $69 price premium, which is still within $100 of what the Founders edition card would have cost.

But you're getting a lot more feature for it, so something positive at least came out of that.

But this is one of those things where if you just bought 2080 prior to the super being announced in all that, you'd probably feel a little like all.

And really, this is one of those things I believe creates trust issues between a brand and a consumer.

When they're notorious for slum, where across the cycle of our family life cycle, they'll come out with these lightly improved models.

And this has been the trend since past girl now, And it's one of those things that for me I feel like this is what happens when you don't have competition up there in that particular space.

I don't think knave is gonna be the answer any time soon, because I am D.

We've talked about this a 1,000,000 times, has to gain traction back in the mid range to entry level market.

That's where the volume of sales is.

That's where they're going to get back from that market, share some of that money investor money to to where they can build up Naveed to potentially compete here.

So in video is really just kind of up there, I think bored, to be honest, which is why they do this kind of stuff.

Um, maybe in video also feels that knave is coming for them in the near future.

Is trying to add value by give you more performance at the same price point, but it still generates that distrust that I think a lot of the audience and the industry sort of feels when you have a brand like in video, that's an elite brand that can kind of do whatever they want, Remember, Yes, they can do whatever they want.

You can also choose not to pay for it.

But if I seem like I'm being hard on a video, I think it's because, I mean, they hold themselves to being the best in the world.

I think they have a standard to be held to and some of these things I feel like Like I said, they create trust issues in the market, and I would like to see that kind of get resolved in the future.
