There's just so much street food to try in Vietnam, and I just wanted to kind of show you guys some of my favorite street food to try.

Probably one of the most well known Vietnamese noodle dishes worldwide, but it's uniquely in its own here in Vietnam.

This is like a healthy portion of chili even have some, like pepperoni looking ham in there.

It has some tomatoes as lettuce, cucumbers, a lot of mayonnaise and hot chili sauce.

They have some onions in here.

And it's all wrapped in a nice krispie buns that mayonnaise is a game changer.

Did The main is that flavor just popping exploded like a buttery unhealthy explosion in your mouth.

What a wonderful combination of these sandwiches are.

Number three seafood.

It's a seafood spot right by the beach and looking right behind me.

They have, like, buckets and buckets of fresh seafood still alive.

And you get to pick which one you want yourself.

So I'm gonna go do some seafood, and we're gonna try it out tonight.

So Vietnam is also known for seafood.

You'll find many secret specialty restaurants like this, especially in the beach.

Cities like the Nang and not Chang.

These restaurants you can select the seafood from tanks or buckets, and then you choose how you want to prepare such esteemed the fried pan fight or even barbecue style.

Look at that sauce itself is actually pretty good at it.

Like it's some soy sauce.

Fish sauce.

It has some chilies in there, but it really brings out the flavor of the fish and actually fried this time around.

But, you know, he chooses to grill it, steam it.

And I think so.

I got a beer and unfortunately it's warm.

So I asked for ice to put inside of my glass and you get me eyes.

But ice is just like sitting in that bucket right there, quite intense, but hopefully the food is good.

Like cheers to that At this restaurant, we were one kilo clams, steamed and flavored with mints, fresh squeezed lime and lots of garlic, as well as a kilo of shrimp prepared in a butter garlic sauce.

See how the butter and the juice is already soaked into the shrimp itself?

This is not good for my cholesterol, probably.

Oh, I don't want to lick my fingers.

It's completely worth it.

You just gotta like character that discomfort, sometimes not understanding.

Then you get delicious pieces of shrimp like this.

I've gotta like completely soaked in the juices can take some of the rice so that in the juices like that, make a little kind of, like Cody giddy with it and take it all in number.

Two way cuisine Way dishes used to be served two emperors and royal families back in the day, but now anyone can throw down on some way cuisine as it's available.

In many restaurants, many way dishes are small and visually amusing, like this little rice cupcake called Bond bl.

It's topped with shrimp flakes.

Poor cracker's shallots and herb served with a fish based sauce called No Damn, probably butchering that name, too.

The bomb feel like a rice pudding, and then I think we have a dipping sauce to get that fish sauce.

It has some green chilies in there from some red chillies.

Quickly, what you're supposed to do is just take some fish sauce and pour it in here and scoop it out like that.

Then you enjoy fish sauce, gives it all of its flavor from the rice pudding.

Just kind of like holds things together.

And then it has, like, a nice consciousness, and it looks like a lot of food.

But it's not really that much like one bite.

And you can have, like, 50 of these because they're so light on.

This is my favorite, even though it probably can't pronounce it.

Bun rum, it It's a rescue stuff that shrimp on top of a crispy rice crackers.

So this is the one.

This is after the software the bun Roman and I think it's like a little spicy because you see more chili.

Look at all that extra chili.

Although it has some flavor to the fish sauce gives it that, like knights of savory quality and like, brings it all together.
