Becca: I think we're going to see lions. Lion! Lion! Lion! Nate: Here we are! Oh, we got your stroller out. Do you want to ride in your stroller? Not yet? And we encounter our first animal, a giraffe. There's cousins, having fun together! Whoa! Look at him jumping up there. He's trying to see what's going on, huh? Ruth: African wild dog. Anna: So cool! Grandma: Oh no, the lillies! Nate: Pretty. Oh! Look who's coming! Nate: Oh! Look Joshua, look! Grandpa: It's a big rat! Nate: It's not dead! There's a lion over here! Grandpa: There is a lion over there! Anna: There's going to be a lion, whoa! Whoa! Girls: Why isn't it going to kill the giraffe? Nate: The giraffe's over there. A lion right there, huh?! Anna: Let's go somewhere else where we can see it better! (clicks tongue) (squeals in delight) Look at these bones! What died over here?! Debbie: Do you know what that's called? A Cheetah. Say "Cheetah." Anna: Cheetah! So close! Debbie: That's the fastest animal on the ground! Anna: It's the fastest! Nate: It looks pretty slow to me. Looks like we're coming up on the Zebras. Hey Mr. Zebra! Becca, if that was your Zebra, what would you name it? Becca: "Z!" Nate: "Z?" That's cool. Becca: This thing (corridor) takes the animals to the place where they sleep. Close both sides, and walk through. Ha ha! Oh. We're going to see the Rhinos. Nate: There he is. Becca: The eating area. I don't think anybody's eating there right now. Nate: What did we find?! Whoa! Is it so slow Anna? Because it's so wet? OK, take it up. Tell us what you're seeing as you go up. Anna: So! We need to go on this. Becca: The monkey bars. Now we need to go on these ropes. Ah, I got stuck! OK. We need to go up these steps, but it looks like a ladder. Becca: I'm scared. Anna: You just can fall down. Becca: No, I won't. Becca: That floor is lava, so... ...you're already dead. Dead! Nate: The girls are doing their tour of the playground with the GoPro. Hi guys!! Girls: Hi! The floors lava, we can't touch the floor. Oh, you're touching it. Nate: Are you having fun? Girls: Yep Becca: OK, now it's Anna's turn. Anna: Can you do this? Here, let me hold your hat. Becca: Yes, I can. Becca: What?! Come on! Anna: This is easy! Just come over here... Becca: With a camera! Becca: Ah! So tired. So tired. Hard! Becca: OK, have fun! Coming! Whew!!! Nate: Can you spot the monkeys? Girls: Yea, right there. (Singing in Japanese) Saru, Gorilla, Chimpanzee Nate: Look at the chimps! He's looking for bugs and little ticks and different things. Cleaning it off. (We) got caught in an African downpour. What are you doing, dude? Are you in the rain? Nate: Is the pond going to fill up? Sarah: Yea. Nate: It would have to rain a lot harder than this for it to fill up. Becca: How are we going to get out of here? While it's raining, we're going to have some bentos, right? So Ruth made us some amazing sandwiches. She brought some tangerines with us. And... Ruth: Dessert. Nate: Dessert. Becca: It was raining, and now it's so sunny! Say "hi!" OK Becca's going to cool off. Go for it! Feel good? Yea? Alright. Look at this crazy-looking animal. The girls documenting it. Is that cool, dude? Joshua: Yea, he's got Zebra legs! It's like Zebra legs, huh? Becca: Weird animal. Whoa! You guys are in a little house?! This would have been good for getting out of the rain, huh? Sarah: And getting cool. Nate: And getting cool? And we've come across the next playground! And wow are they having fun already! While we do what adults like to do. Rest and eat. Do you see him? Is that so cool? Joshua: It's a black one (bear). Ruth: Oh my freakin... Nate: Wow. Ruth: So weirdly weird. Ruth: So the world record for a standing jump is from here to there, 3m 47 (cm) and the kangaroo can jump twice that, all the way to 8 meters! Nate: Moving into Alaskan territory. You can go way underground in this one, remember? Wow! What did you find? Ruth: A very dirty penguin enclosure. Nate: Whoa, penguins. Ready? Here we go! Joshua: Look! Right there! There's a bird right there! Wow! Look at this guy right here! Whoa! It stopped raining, huh? That's good. Do we see a Tiger here? He wants to be around them (people), huh? I think he likes to be right there with everybody. Well girls, it's one of the last things we're probably going to see in the zoo today. Nate: Thanks for watching our video! I hope you enjoyed Zoorasia as much as we did, even with all the rain. Please leave a comment below, and subscribe if you haven't already. And until next time, we'll see you again on Life in Japan!
