  • Then you explain the action that needed.

  • So the action you took on the action others took and then you tell him the result of your actions.

  • So it starts situation, task action results.

  • This is how to do it.

  • Give me an example of a complex HR issue.

  • You've dealt with what you did from start to finish you again.

  • In a previous role, I was working as part of a human resource is team who were tasked with implementing new working practices for managers.

  • However, we persevered, set the standards high and put in support processes for all managers to utilize if and when they needed that support.

  • After six months of completing the turnaround, the complaints from staff ceased and the organization was in a much better place.

  • Managerially to move forward and achieve its objectives.
