Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles (holiday music) - The Chairman, of the great. I tell ya, he's doing a fantastic job, always working, always fighting and winning. Winning big against ISIS, that I can tell you, seeing what's happening there. The Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff. The National Security Advisor, NASA, and the director of National Intelligence. The counsel also drawed the expertise of other White House Offices, as well as, insights from scientists, innovators, and business leaders from across the country. Of many business leaders want to be a big part of this. I think private, the privatization of certain aspects is gonna to be very, it's gonna play a very crucial role, don't you think? They are truly into it. If you take a look and you see, like we do, through certain technology. Including cameras and airplanes, not just drones. You see vast numbers of vehicles driving through the desert and entering where you don't have a very powerful fence or a wall. But I was explained to and I explained to people, because it's really common sense. So, you have ports of entry, and we have great security at points of entry. And then you may have fencing or walls, up and down, left and right, East and West. But at the same time, make sure that we have a very powerful, very strong border and border security. We'll be equal, if not greater than previously. So we gonna have strong, very strong borders but we're going to keep the families together. I didn't like the site or the feeling of families being separated. It's a problem that's gone on for many years, as you know. Through many administrations and we working hard on immigration. It's been just left out in the cold. People haven't dealt with it, and we are dealing with it. So, step by step. They use to have a 1% or 2% number they used to celebrate. We are at 78%, and then it went down a little bit because actually, a lot of people aren't trying to come in so much because they know it's not easy. But we're gonna take it to new levels. We're gonna get the wall, I know you want the wall. We're gonna get the wall. If we don't get the wall, we got a lot of very unhappy people. Starting with me. We're gonna get the wall. (laughing) And we need it. We need it for the drug flow. We need it for the people coming into our country. We wanna have great people coming into our country. (holiday music) (fire crackling) And there's never been bills like this, man. But it's some globalist that want us to lose money. Sometimes we have a globalist that when I watch it, who cares about the United States, let's lose money. I'm the opposite. When I have deficits, I don't like deficits. You have some people who don't mind deficits. And deficits, I don't like factories closing and brands closing. Yesterday I was in Granite City Steel, in Illinois. It was an incredible site. We had an audience of steel workers. Some of the roughest toughest people you ever seen. And half of them had tears coming down their face. I don't know if these people ever cried before in their life, to be honest. Half of them had tears coming down because we opened a tremendous United States steel plant. The first 100 days, we've taking a historic action to eliminate wasteful regulations. They're being eliminated like nobody's ever seen before. There's never been anything like it. Sometimes I look at some of the things I'm signing and say maybe people won't like it but I'm doing the right thing. And no regular politician (giggles) is gonna do. I don't know if you folks would do. I will tell you, literally, some politicians have said, "You're doin' the right thing. "I don't know if I would have had the courage "to do some of these things." But we're doing it because it's the right thing to do. It's for the good of the nation. We're returning power back to the people. (holiday music)
