I don't come to Akihabara very often, so this is pretty exciting for me!

But today we're going to a maid cafe

This is my first maid cafe experience, I've never been to one so I have no idea what to expect

You're not usually allowed to film inside a maid cafe, but I got special permission to do so!

So that's fun :D

So this is the menu

They've got these different sets that you can order

This is the food set

You can choose between hamburger, omurice or curry

If you get the omurice they'll draw a super cute cat picture on it, so that's tempting

But then, there's also a dessert set and these look delicious!

and I just love sweet stuff, so that one also looks pretty tempting

And then there's the "Love Cocktail Set"

With this one they will shake up the cocktail for you and say some crazy "moe moe" maid things

So that also sounds fun

And then you can get a drink and a photo with the girls, and a keychain

These are the prices here, it's actually not that expensive

It's cheaper than I was expecting

And then there's a regular menu as well

With a whole bunch of other foods that look delicious

But of course! I have decided on the pancakes

What? Wait...

Yep that was right.

Okay so these are super adorable pancakes, and they will draw an adorable picture on it for you

So I'm gonna get those :3

So when you order here, you can't say "sumimasen" like other restaurants

They refuse to come to you if you do that

So you have to be like "nyao nyao"

Um I don't really know what to say about that...

It was actually more enjoyable than I thought it would be

I thought maid cafes were a guy kinda thing

But I had lots of fun there! And the food was really cute and the girls were really nice.

The dancing was... interesting. I'm not a dancer, but I had fun so...

Yeah I would recommend that if you're in Japan for a couple of weeks

And you want a really super Japanese experience

Then the maid cafe was pretty cool.

And the pancakes I got were really good, and the art on the plate was just amazing

So yeah, that was my first maid cafe experience. I hope you guys enjoyed that!
