  • Well, I haven't made a video and way too long, so I thought I just make a quick update, like, you know what I've been doing recently.

  • What's going on here?

  • I left week.

  • I was on TV.

  • That wasan interesting experience.

  • I was on a game show, actually, for foreigners that love.

  • Hello, Kitty.

  • It was like, uh, kind of like, I guess you could call, like, a jeopardy or something.

  • Answer the questions and such.

  • And there were some other foreign girls and one guy actually on the show with me, so that was a lot of fun.

  • I got to meet some other people, and we hung out a bit in Tokyo together, and yeah, unfortunately, I cannot upload the show itself for you guys.

  • I'm legally not allowed to do that.

  • You might be able to find in our minds or else I don't know.

  • But for those of you that watched it here in Japan, I'm glad that you've got a chance to see it.

  • It was a cool experience.

  • Anyway, um, I guess I can tell you guys that I won the show.

  • Um, so I got some cool prizes.

  • Okay, so the first really cool thing that I got is this Hello kitty trophy that weighs so much like solid brass, I guess, or whatever it's made out of, I wish it was gold, but no, um, and it's got my name on.

  • It started to get a good angle.

  • We concede that deed I skimmed a cycle Koji number one child a hint.

  • Skins?

  • Um, yeah, both up, but really cool.

  • Um, keep it on my bookshelves.

  • I got a What was it called in English?

  • Um, certificate, I guess.

  • Yeah, huh.

  • I'm not going to read a Doug.

  • It's really long, but let's give you a chance to look at it.

  • It's got my name here.

  • Just basically says, Congratulations on liking Hello, Kitty a lot.

  • And being interested in Japanese culture Maur than actual Japanese people are not, anyway, so that's really cool.

  • I frame judge, you're gonna put that on my wall and I got okay.

  • Tu puta, Lundell Sanrio pudo Randall.

  • If you don't know what that is, it's not as famous as Disneyland.

  • So probably you guys that aren't living in Japan don't know what it is, but it's basically the hello Kitty version of Disneyland.

  • I don't think it doesn't have, like crazy rides like Disneyland does.

  • It's more of like an a bomb do dances and there's like characters dressed up like Hello, Kitty and the other time neo characters and you can buy off.

  • Um, hello, kitty stuff.

  • I've actually never been there.

  • I've always wanted to go, but I never had a friend that, like, tell a pity as much as ideas, but no one ever wanted to come with me, so that was really cool.

  • I got two tickets, so I'm really excited to go there.

  • I'm gonna wait until the weather is a little cooler, because right now in Japan it's 32 degrees, and it's frickin humid and hot.

  • So I do not want to be standing outside all day in this weather, So I think I might, we told the fall.

  • But, um, when I do go, I will bring my camera and show you guys what it's like.

  • Ah, this is often for those of you who watched the show.

  • You thought this.

  • They They showed this at the beginning of the Hello Kitty segment.

  • But Viki Nana, who is a model in Japan, designed the Hello, Kitty, Kitty.

  • Hello, kitty.

  • On the back of she's wearing left is, um, physically No, no likes to wear these.

  • These big, geeky glasses will let us.

  • She designed the parka with that.

  • Parker hasn't called park.

  • I'd English jeffy.

  • Word of the day they call hoodies, um, or hooded sweatshirts.

  • Parker in Japanese, which I always thought was really funny.

  • But now I'm used to it.

  • So it's hoodie.

  • She designed this city, Um, Katie, Frankie and then yet got the hello Kitty on the back.

  • And it's great think.

  • And they look very well, thank you.

  • So latch and Okay.

  • So that was what I got for winning the game show.

  • And then afterwards, um, the English, the public relations manager from Sandy Oh, the company came and introduced himself to the contestants, and he all gave us a few prizes.

  • So I called.

  • I love this.

  • So much is hello, Kitty and Porter, which is a Japanese company collaboration.

  • So it's a little if you called a pinky pink inside, but this was just like the cutest thing I have ever seen.

  • Effort.

  • And I love Porter.

  • It's normally a really simple and usually porter things that is black, solid black or grey and kind of manly looking.

  • So it was really cool to see this really cute porter case.

  • And yes, I love this so much.

  • Hello, Kitty Times border.

  • Well, thank you so much.

  • Fun.

  • Deal.

  • And one more thing that I got from them.

  • Okay?

  • I'm sorry, but I can Oh, yeah.

  • I can't read it because there's gonna GM on.

  • This is Hello, Kitty and GM on collaboration.

  • It's a little lunch bag made out of, like, traditional Japanese fabric.

  • And he's got the little kitty, adorable and invited.

  • Looks like Then get a good look.

  • It's got a cute blue fabric on the inside, but yeah, it's a little I get the lunch bag.

  • Or I could put my camera in here something, but I just think it's so cool how it's, like, traditional Japanese style.

  • Plus the key, I think so much fun.

  • You know, I was really happy to receive these as well.

  • It was really cool.

  • Um, so, yeah, that was my experience on TV.

  • So I was really busy with that on Dhe the week, I guess the same week that I appeared on TV, I also went to climb Mount Fuji, Um, with a few of my exchange student classmate.

  • So we went on the ruse day and night.

  • For me.

  • It was a Wednesday.

  • Anyways, we went, we went and we arrived there at night time.

  • And then we planned on climbing the mountain up on to get to the top in time for the sunrise and take lots of awesome pictures to show you guys.

  • But then, well, we were halfway up.

  • A Peruvian typhoon started, and I did not get a chance to take any nice pictures or anything whatsoever.

  • Really sorry.

  • But yeah, there was not much that I could do.

  • Um, I am going to make a video about my Fuji experience just because I've noticed that all the videos on YouTube about food you look, um, make it look like it's really easy and enjoyable, and I walk up the mountain, but it was really freaking hard.

  • That's probably mostly because of the weather, but I also I don't know, parts of the mountain were really difficult to climb, and I I watched a lot of YouTube videos before going because I kind of want to prepare myself like, oh, It's gonna be like, what kind of shoes don't need, But we'll look on all the made it look really easy.

  • So I'm gonna make a video and tell you guys about my experience and maybe give you some tips on stuff that you should prepare, just in case you're hit with really horrible weather like we were.

  • So look forward to that.

  • That well, I wanted to get that out last week, right when I got back from Fuji, but, um, I completely forgot that I have exams of moment right now.

  • Is exam week in Japan?

  • Maybe you guys don't know about this.

  • Masters in Japan are a little different.

  • The first semester starts in a parole, I believe, and it ends in August.

  • But right.

  • But anyways, um, yes, right now is exam season.

  • So I'm so busy studying, and that's why I have not been able to get any of the video of that.

  • But I really want to, but yeah.

  • Anyway, so I guess that's about it.

  • I just want to give you guys a quick update too much.

  • You know why I haven't been around?

  • Um, and please look forward to those videos.
