Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Hey, guys, how's it going? My name is Michaela, and today I'm finally back in Japan. Yes, I am back in Japan and it is hot. It is hot and sweaty every day, and I think it's safe to say that summer is almost here. So today I thought it would be appropriate to introduce something that is seen as a symbol of summer in Japan today. And although it's a popular drink in Japan, it was actually invented by a foreigner and coal burning Alexander Cameron Sim. It's a lemon lime flavored cider, and they say that the word nominated comes from the English word lemonade. But I'm gonna be honest. I don't drink, nominate all that much, and I'll tell you why I'm so bad at opening the bottle. Most of the time I end up hurting myself. This bottle has English instructions on it, though, so maybe we'll be able to figure it out would be over a year. No, I did it. I think I did it. You might think that nominee would taste something like Sprite or seven up, but I actually think Nominee has a flavor all in. It's like not when I just taste like nominated. There's really nothing much like it. So that is what nominate is more or less. But today's story does not end. There are no friends does not cause I was shopping at Tokyo Huns yesterday and I came across something that will blow your mind. Incidentally, also about the scores mask from Told You, Hans is currently selling a collection of sick and twisted bizarre flavors of Japanese nominated First up, top of the food Overstock com even see that buddy Takayuki not won any. Not a god. Then don't give me that. Oh my God! It smells like cough medicine like a ginger molasses type smell only got nimah Walk on it. Not gonna tell you? No, I dont up a salsa for the Penis in it it has, like the aftertaste of HP sauce or like barbecue sauce. So next on the list we have this continent indulging will be pretty Well, I thought I would be more like Japanese hurry, but it definitely smells like Indian curry spices. I love Indian curry, but not like this. I would rather just be eating curry or drinking nominee. I would I would hope that they should never mix for reals leaves. This is probably just for jokes scenes, but if they ever do it for real disease, it would be a terrible, sad, sad day. Corn for me. That's right. Corn soup flavored nominated thing is weird. It doesn't smell like corn. It smells more like butter. So maybe we should try way. This is weird. It doesn't taste bad. It tastes a little like kettle corn. Like popcorn with sugar on it. Which I guess makes sense, since it's corn soup in there. Basically the same thing. I don't dislike this one as much as I just like the others. I would put this maybe at number one for you guys. And finally, the last one on the list today. Wasabi dominant. Here we go. Last one marvels at the bottom of this one instead of in the middle. Why, this one just smells like bubble gum. So I'm not sure how it's gonna taste like wasabi, but I guess we're gonna find out. Oh, oh, it doesn't really taste like what's, albeit kind of just has, like, a really bitter aftertaste, kind of like Coca Cola was like no sugar in it for a limited time in Tokyo hands go and buy all these special flavors of lemonade. And so you're in Japan and this time door to check it out. If not, come back next year. Around this time I mean, even if you don't make it to Tokyo hands, you could probably order the online somewhere too. I don't know. I haven't checked, But if you google it well, have you tried Japanese love name before houses? Did you enjoy it? Can you get that marble down without looking like an idiot? Is there a way to do that? If so, let me know in the comments because I am not very good at it. So that's it for this week. I hope that that was somewhat interesting for you.
