  • Hello, everyone.

  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we're going to be doing Disney's raspberry white chocolate chip cookies U two's best for creative things.

  • It's cooking and crap.

  • While I was at Disneyland, I had a raspberry white chocolate chip cookie and hit waas.

  • Awesome.

  • So I need to share it with you.

  • First thing I'm gonna do is I'm going to put together my dry ingredients and put it to the side.

  • So this is two and 1/2 cups of flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 14 teaspoon of cream of tartar on DDE 1/4 teaspoon of salt So I'm just gonna mix that all of set that aside and I am going to and this ball until it's fluffy.

  • Half of a cup of challenged butter not challenged butter, but challenge butter.

  • It's getting late, folks.

  • Yeah, it's wearing on me and also 1/2 a cup of granulated sugar with half of a cup of we're out of sugar.

  • This is both seen each brand of.

  • I forgot to measure this out.

  • So now from sugar is kind of getting hard on you, so I'm gonna have to put some bread in there too.

  • Try to get some of that moisture out of there.

  • All right.

  • Moment of cream.

  • This until it is a nice and fluffy.

  • It isn't gonna add one egg and one egg yolk as well as 20 spoon of vanilla extract.

  • I am using vanilla paste so it looks a little different than extract.

  • It's just young here, in my opinion, on we're gonna beat that in.

  • I am now going to add in my dry ingredients.

  • I don't know if I told you that that was two and 1/2 cups of comfort milk all purpose flour, that I was adding that stuff too.

  • I think I left that out and we were gonna nexus until it is combines.

  • All right, so we are going to now stir in.

  • This is a very small batch of cookies here.

  • We're going to mix in a cup off.

  • Um, you can use regular semi sweet, but I am using the nest Lee's chunk.

  • And I am also want to use what a cup of these here.

  • Adelie White Melting way first because Disney used who is really huge.

  • My chocolate chips in their cookies.

  • And so I wanted to try to replicate that.

  • So I'm no fold this into being put east here.

  • Mix as well has about 1/4 of a cup of seedless raspberry.

  • Jim, let's see what I have my body that safely see less raspberry preserves.

  • We're just going to drop those in on dhe, slice it into the dough so that it doesn't make a red go so much as it allows the preserves, too.

  • Shine in this.

  • And I am also once again going to be using my great big, huge ice cream scooper to make these so that I can replicate the huge size of the Disney cookies, which is pretty, um, print.

  • They're pretty darn awesome to tell you the truth, to be able to get a cookie that big, you know.

  • All right, we're gonna start first with three cables foods, and put in that four as I get things worked in there.

  • All right, so I'm gonna just try to slice it through, get it incorporated in there, and then we're just gonna go ahead and scoop these out onto the baking dish.

  • I am pre heating my oven too.

  • 350 degrees.

  • Andrea.

  • Lesser size cookies shouldn't take you longer than 8 to 12 minutes to cook.

  • I'm gonna guess that these air gonna take about 15 minutes to 17 minutes because of the size.

  • All right, let's start scooping.

  • So my oven booked, and then they go and gonna lie.

  • These taste way better than Disney's cookies.

  • Hope you make this.

  • I hope you enjoy.
