Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles Dear Diary, the date is June 11th 2015 and this is my fifth entry. So I went to Sweden. So if you didn't know, Urbanears contacted me, flew me out to Sweden, and was like "we want you to race a 3-d version of your head in a race." The whole trip we had this guy named André who basically showed us around. And it was good because he was a local. So he was showing us all the good spots. The first day we were there we got in we had some free time to kill so I was really excited cause we got to go get some Swedish meatballs. I didn't know this was a thing until I looked it up on Google. This is what you need to eat while you're in Sweden. So that's exactly what I ate. And honestly, honestly, it tasted phenomenal. The next day was like a dress-rehearsal for our race. They were explaining to us the culture of Urbanears, why we were doing this. DAHECK! I was onboard the whole time cause I was like this is weird, I'm weird, we mesh together perfectly. I'm a very competitive person. I won all four trials in the trial run. Each race I won. So I was like "Of course I'm going to win this whole thing. I'm going to win the whole competition." The thing is, Sp4zie wasn't actually there cause he had another event. I didn't get to gameplan for Sp4zie. And speaking of the competitors, Sp4zie is a beast. His real name is Jonas, which I didn't know meeting him. I just called him Sp4zie when I met him for the first time. He's just one of those guys who's funny and doesn't even have to try to be funny. Toby Turner was there. This guy is at a 10 at all times. Super hyper. The thing about Toby is, I used to watch his videos before he got big. Before Toby Turner was a thing, I was watching his videos where he would just walk around the campus at UF. It's crazy how far he's grown. Meghan, Strawburry17, you know how people are like "You need to surround yourself with successful people?" Meghan is who you need to surround yourself with because she's so business oriented and focused. Jax was really fun to be around too. She was singing constantly. That's what you do when you're an American Idol. After the first day, then it was time for the race. I'm in this thing to win it so when it came to the race, I was focused. I lost the very first match to Sp4zie because I couldn't gameplan for him. However, if you watched live you know that I completely dominated from that point out. Altogether there were four races, 4 heats in each race. I won 10 of the 16. Each heat you won was 30 headsets. 300 headsets for #TeamMagruder. If you actually watch the race, you see I'm not really doing that much talking, cause I'm focused. I came here for a reason and I'm going to win and that's exactly what I did. I think I had an advantage. If you look at the way my head is shaped, it's so smooth. It's just like real life. And so everyone else had their hair protruding and I think that slowed some of their cars down. It made it top heavy. I don't know. I don''t know. I just know that I won and that's what matters in life. And if you want to watch you can go over to the Urbanears YouTube page. They have the whole live events, all four of them up live, so you can watch me dominate over and over and over again. Sweden was a lot of fun though, Stockholm especially is a gorgeous city. But, there's a lot of pollen. I got dominated by the pollen and the cold weather. It was so cold. I did not see one overweight person the entire time I was in Sweden. Their chairs are not meant for overweight people. I was uncomfortable the whole time cause these chairs are for skinny people and I'm not used to that. I can't even eat large quantities now because I'm used to eating in normal sized quantities now. I don't like that. We got to stay together for the most part as a group. We went out as a group together. We went on a boat ride. We did have some time to visit some places like we went to Old Town and Sodermalm, but a lot of the time we were just tired and jetlagged that we just ended up at the hotel trying to recover. Would I do it again? Yes, absolutely. What do you mean? Yes, I would do it again. Urbanears, if you're watching this, you ever have anything you want to do again, you need the champ to come back. But if you have any questions about Sweden, or where I went, or what I did, just leave a comment down below. Until next time remember, real men keep diaries. I'm a grown man.
