This Now we're gonna add in some of the ingredients two tablespoons off coconut oil. Now the reason why I use it at all, because again it enhances their coconut cookies, and then it enhances the flavor. But if you want to use some other oil, you're more than welcome to do that. Or butter. Yes, we're just making sure that all the coconut gets coated with that. That gun had 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, one teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix again. Can you make sure everything is moistened? And no Dr Portions left. And so normally these cookies would have eggs and then But we're making an eggless version. So we have this nice bowl of aqua fava already whipped and ready to go.
