  • So once the three minutes of pressure cooking is over on the instant pot, we're going to let it NPR or let the pressure release naturally for five minutes exactly before we switch it completely off and release the pressure manually.

  • So it's been five minutes.

  • We're gonna turn off the instant pot, basically unplug it and release the pressure.

  • Pressure has gone down, and as you see, the button has gone all the way down.

  • So that means it's safe to open.

  • There you go.

  • And let's have a look critical.
