A lot has happened since the last time we sat down a year ago to make a video like this.

That's right, in the last 12 months we've almost finished this massive bag of popcorn!

And, we had a baby!

Oh, she said "Hi!"

That's wishful thinking on our part.

She was born in mid August.

Nine pounds three ounces.

If you're following us on our Instagram which is @pancakemanor, you've might have read a

little bit about our story of infertility.

It took us so long to have this baby.

Seven years.

And two IVFs and so, we really started thinking we may never get to have this, so now that's

she's here we're so overjoyed and just loving every minute of it.

And guess what?

We about to give birth again!

To our fifth album.

We are actually taking pre-orders now.

It's going to be released officially on June 1st.

It's our first time doing a pre-order like this, and we've heard that if enough people

Which would be so amazing for us.

And another piece of news we want to share with you is that we've launched Pancake Manor

Espanol.

A Spanish version of Pancake Manor.

What we're really excited to tell you is that we are singing these songs.

We're not hiring anyone else to re-sing these songs.

So, it's authentic Zach and Reggie, Lulu, and Mama voices, all performed by us.

Even though we don't speak Spanish.

Not a lick.

But we're working with someone in Mexico to make sure we get the pronunciations perfect.

And, honestly, it's been a blast.

Yeah, it's a lot of fun.
