Hello, everyone.
This is bath of cooking and crafting today I am going to be making for you Firehouse Swiss Steak U two's best for creative things.
It's cooking and crap stains.
I bought a brand new record people at cost of the other day, and it's called Fire House Kitchen Recipes from Hawaii Firehouses.
So we're gonna try, um one.
Richard Brady's with steak recipe and I have my cell on medium high.
This is £2 of check road.
That's, um, I cut into pieces on dhe salt and peppered on dredged in flour, and we're just gonna drown them once it's ground.
I'm gonna just set it on the side.

You know, I always loved playing with toys and this is us.
And so it's even safe to 350 degrees.
Since this is gonna be, I'm only going to 325 degrees.
I'm going to probably just cook everything in this pan in the oven.
So I just need to get a container for the brown to throw on the fly.
Everything will be done in this one pan, which is awful movies only has to be cooked about two minutes on each side.
But that's okay if they still look red because they are going to be in that oven for quite some time and they will cook.
So all that comes out leave behind a little bit of the A little bit of the breading.
It doesn't matter.
I'm gonna add in just a tiny bit more oil.
We're using a total of about four tables food.
During this whole process, I am going to be adding in two men.
Garlic, no don will affect the size of my garlic.

I have talked with celery that I have talked and a large onion put that around a bit for about 1 to 2 minutes, so they're putting it in a tablespoon of tomato saw people being basil, garlic and oregano really have on hand.
So next we are going to be adding in a 14 and 1/2 out container of dice.
Coming, go oregano.
That's a spoon of we're going home probably would be better if I swing See you in a very you know, a teaspoon of prego and a tablespoon of push to share sauce.
We're just gonna mix this all so the other just a little bit before I add in one and 1/2 cups of beef broth.
All right, so here comes the one and 1/2 cups of beef broth.
Then I want to turn this off.
I have my oven already created to 300 on 25 degrees.
I am going to add the meet back in here and being a flower that ISS robing our Chuck Rose should help thicken the sauce up a little bit while it speaking in there, and we're gonna put some tin foil over it, and we are going to a big kiss for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours until that meat is so soft.
I'm tender for long and for the oven.
I just pulled it out and, well, he's started up just a little bit to distribute flower and stuff, and that has smelled awesome the entire time that it was cooking.
So as soon as I'm ready to play that we will give it a taste, this dish is absolutely delicious, Mom said.
It's a keeper.
So she says, Keeper, we're gonna be making this often the me is a very soft and tender.
The flavor is absolutely delicious.
