A lot of people are looking for healthier options than just two parties. Just get more nutrition in their everyday meal. So this is right on. This is perfect for you. It's a little different player, but it's fantastically well, my friend, we have on it everyday basis. I think it's a great just variety. You have your wheat flour every day, and most of the Indian flatbreads are made with plain wheat flour, whole wheat flour, and this just offers a little more option to your palate. It's great. So what we usually do is we take a big container like this and we pre mix the ETA or the flower in here and, of course, its multi grain. So there's several different types of flowers in here, but we make a big batch like this, and then we keep it. It's already pre mix, so whenever we need it, just take a couple of cups and proceed. Now, this is all about weight, but you're gonna stick an equal weight off all the Duke believe different does our plans. So we have 400 grams of each of these. We've got 400 grams of whole big plan, which is to party alarm 400 grams of rocky, 400 grams of badger, which is millet and 400 times off jar, which is sure them and 400 grands off single villages were just that. So that's what it is. So you know all those air available at your local Indian grocery store and some of the whole food stores, pro foods or sprouts or some of those places also carry these flowers. So here's two cups and took ups. Makes the approximately 10 bodies, and we're gonna add half a teaspoon of salt to this, and this is optional and we have one cup of water. We just took about two tablespoons out from there, so it's slightly under one cup of water, which is warm. It's not hot, but just slightly warm. We're gonna add it slowly. Basically, it's all come together, and I'm just gonna need it for a couple of minutes. And once you needed for about three or four minutes, we're gonna drizzle just a few drops of oil on top. Just so doesn't form a coating, and we'll cover it and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Okay, so our doe has been resting for 10 minutes and we're ready to work with it now. Just one more need and we're gonna make skull size balls. We also have our Deborah That's heating up right now on a medium heat. And we want it nice and hot before we get the 1st 1 on there. Let's just make a little ball and just flatten it with your between your palms, some flour for dusting. And this is just regular chip A theater. I'm just gonna hold it anytime that you need extra flour for dusting. I suggest you pick up some flour and Sprinkle on it, as opposed to picking this up and dusting it, putting the whole thing in there because it does attract more flour and then your body is gonna be a little try. So this way you are not using as much. And it was nice and hot. Go ahead and put that on. And I want to carry on with the process. And once you see bubbles forming over the top and flip it over and look the underside. Cook for about 30 seconds, and now we're going to switch your flame to Ah, hi and pick this up and let it cook over the open plain. And once it's done, we can remove it into an insulated container. So here's our hot and fresh multigrain roadies. We're gonna put a little optional step on here, but it really, really is yummy. It's some clarified butter, or G. It's ready to serve with anything. Yes, these are heavier and your language bodies on. It's all nutrition. Really, really. So it's just all good. So enjoy these delicious multigrain roadies or bodies and join us again on another episode of Show Me. The curry dot com has just spice to your life and stay healthy.
