Subtitles section Play video Print subtitles We've been putting a lot of work ever since we got here to take care of all the animals. You know, since we stepped on this ground, that's been our main focus. But this is ranching, and nobody said it was going to be easy. It doesn't what we're used to in Alaska, the Browns were raised to hunt for survival. Taking Bree, you did good bird. But with regulations and less abundant game in Washington, they must adapt to sustain their growing family here on the ranch. It gives us an opportunity we never had before because hunting takes time. You know, gathering takes time, fishing, taste. I'm here. You know, the chicken could just be over there growing while we work on other projects. And it's just just the way to go. Are you ready for what's about to happen with the animals? I really don't think we need to. What? We can just have a seat wasters. There's no real purpose for them because you don't need that many roosters toe have a lot of eggs on and they fight a lot. I raised him. You know, they because they come to me for food and I can't kill something that I made. And the lows I know we have a ranch, you know, from chickens. We have chickens for food, but it's hard for me to kill something that I've named and like, have a relationship with. I love animals more than I love people. And so, like, I get very attached to animals for a quick good boy. Animals don't judge you animals don't lie to you an animal Wouldn't you know, try and be friends you and then stab you in the back booth. You want growth hunting, but to raise the animal and then kill it, it just feels different. I think a big part of the ranch is looking out and seeing a whole bunch of cattle chickens and knowing that they're doing good. But the main part of it is eat. You don't have a cattle ranch because you like looking at pretty bold. It was a big brother to bar. It's just a hard position for me to be in to see our struggle like this, because it's something that I know needs to get done. And yeah, I feel bad about it too. But at the end of the day, you have to remember why they even here and my whole family's all for one and one for all you know, in the Wolf Pack, nobody is more important than anybody else, so it's just really crucial that we get bird on board with the planes that we have.
