  • I was writing on the treadmill when I came up with the concept

  • for the VMA performance.

  • "We have to re-create The Last Supper."

  • We started making up choreography.

  • And tap-- You-- Tap.

  • We rehearsed I think for, like, three full weeks.

  • And then we went to New York, rehearsed in this huge,

  • kind of warehouse vibe.

  • And then, yeah, it was cool to get to work with 47, I believe,

  • 47 women, all in this one piece, including Ariana.

  • So, yeah, it was a really beautiful moment.
