I'm constantly worried about my income. It seems like my expenses are always piling up. My credit card debt is increasing, and I'm always amazed that I somehow manage. Certainly not. I want enough money to feel truly comfortable regularly treating myself and the people I love. No, I am definitely underpaid for the position. No, I know. I'm being underpaid in New York City. If I had more money, I would be able to quit my second and third jobs and have more time to get to know myself. No, I would love to pay off my student loans and help my family. I grew up in a West Indian working Brooklyn, and I just want to make sure everyone I love is at least okay. Their happiness is my happiness. Yes and no. It's never enough. I'm taking care of someone who can't take care of themselves on top of it. So it makes things harder, especially in such an expensive city. I'm very happy with my career and my current job, but I know I'm worth more than I'm making. No. Yes, it's enough to travel to have fun, too generous and still save money. More money would actually be the same. Yes, because I never feel restricted by my budget. But I also get a put a lot of money away for retirement into my savings. Money just stresses me out. You just end up sitting in the bank. Probably. I'm very happy with what I have. While I clearly get to enjoy the finer things in life, have a great respect for money. I grew up in a home where we didn't have money for vacations or dinners out. I've worked very hard to earn it, and I feel entitled to enjoy it and share the way I do. Yes, I can make decisions that make my life easier without going and having enough to indulge in things I am passionate about.
