  • Hey guys good morning. I'm with Kim!

  • We're in Gangnam today because we're trying to catch Pokemon, and there's lots of Pokemon around here

  • We're just trying to get Ho-Oh because I've got a couple, I've got two now

  • Think Kim's got a couple too, but we want to get a really good one. It's only around

  • for like another week, so we're gonna try and do as many raids as we can and then other than that

  • We don't really have anything planned yet

  • So we're trying to figure out what to do next I kind of want to go to the Sableye because I heard that

  • There's a higher chance of it being a shiny if it's a raid

  • You would hope so and I don't have one yet, so we might do that

  • Kim took me to ClubClio because I want to look at more Pera...PeriPera? PeraPeri? PeriPera.

  • Oh it's so cute!

  • It's so cute [Kim]: There's two, but they only have it in #3 left, it's so pretty

  • [Sharla]: They're so pretty!

  • [Kim]: It's like the best packaging ever

  • [Sharla]: And it's actually really good [Kim]: Yeah, but you've only got the #3 [Sharla]: The tints are on sale. I'm getting more

  • I'm gonna give some as presents

  • And I think I'm gonna get another one for myself because I fell in love with that one that Sunny gave me

  • I really want like a light pinky color

  • Oh my god, what are those ones?

  • [Kim]: I think this is the New Year one [Sharla]: But there's just one, it's like a random chicken

  • I'm just testing out possible colors again. I want an orangier one. I'm liking the first one

  • Here, closest to my fingernail, that's pretty. It's like a Coral. Alright. I chose a couple of things, couple presents and something for myself

  • Okay, I'm inside the Nike Store now because I'm looking for a present for Keyboard-san cuz these shoes that he wants

  • And he doesn't know that they're for sale in Korea

  • He looked online on the Korean store, but they didn't have them, so he hasn't thought to check in-store

  • And I saw them in-store the other day, but they're out of his size

  • So I'm trying to start here in Gangnam

  • Hopefully they have his size, I really hope so because it's so hard to find a present for him

  • Finally found something that I know he wants.

  • They only had size 7.5 left, and he's a size 9

  • So close they almost had those. So we might try a different Nike store and see whether we can find them.

  • Oh there isn't

  • Such a struggle, I wish I could speak Korean, so I could just phone the shops and ask, but even in person with gestures

  • It's hard enough for me so

  • I'm not brave enough to try the phone.

  • Aww these are cute

  • [Sharla]: If it was a hoodie [Kim]: So these are like men's sizes

  • So it's really annoying cuz they're all men's, but- [Sharla]: It's okay cuz it'd be like over sized- ooh and they're half-priced

  • 15 bucks

  • That's really cute. I like how it has the Korean names. There's a Charmander?

  • Yeah, I would prefer a hoodie. They have a Raichu? Why is it yellow though.

  • At least it's not brown, but

  • Oh that is really cute though. Oh it feels really soft. It's a nice material.

  • This one's also kind of cute. I don't usually wear red

  • I am today because I got so sick of wearing that other jacket, so I borrowed Keyboard-san's jacket

  • This could be cute

  • Their new collab is Shin-chan. They have really random collabs here

  • Is that Chocobi? What, the Japanese snack, Chocobi

  • Alright, we're gonna search for some food now

  • Saw a kimbap place over here, and it looked like they had other like typical Korean food, so

  • Yeah, it's Kimbap 25

  • So we were handed this, so it's gonna be a bit of a struggle, but we'll figure it out

  • [Kim]: Last time it took me half and hour to order

  • I tried to read it, but it took me forever

  • Oh my god, well it's good practice.

  • Gotta figure out how to do it someday.

  • Such a struggle.

  • Please understand by horrible Korean

  • So the guy came to take our sheet

  • And he read my note. Then he said like "Oh, you don't want meat in the Kimchi Jigae?"

  • And then I'm like "No no no, the bibimbap! There's an arrow!"

  • Then he said something else about meat

  • and just said like "No! Gogi!"

  • And he just started laughing

  • So, I guess we'll see what happens

  • But this is how you learn though

  • You have to force yourself to these situations

  • It worked. I think our Korean worked. I forgot to ask for no egg

  • I forgot the bibimbap comes with an egg, but Kim will eat my egg. So yay, yay for bad Korean. I'm learning

  • Ooh look at Kim's kimchi jigae. I love the little rice thing, so cute. Okay, alright let me give you my egg

  • Woohoo! Okay, we're gonna eat this

  • We're in Daiso now, killing some time until the next raid and I found these Kakao friends

  • Band-aids. I'm totally gonna get these, they're so cute, and they're only a dollar

  • How do these work?

  • You just stick like two of your fingers out

  • So it's an hour since I was last vlogging

  • We were outside playing pokemon

  • and our hands are so cold. I didn't want to bring the camera outside. So he walked to a nearby

  • Train station and we're gonna take the train to the Express Bus Terminal stop and do some more shopping there, and hopefully find those shoes

  • Fingers crossed

  • It's too cold for more shopping, I don't wanna go back outside

  • Yeah, apparently this place is all underground shopping so it'll be nice

  • Apparently it's like Gangnam, but maybe less busy?

  • Not really, it's popular too. I don't think I've been there before, I transfer there a lot. It's a big like transfer area

  • [Kim]: You have to go there and exit again.

  • [Sharla]: Oh again?

  • [Kim]: Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's how it works. It got pretty confused last time. [Sharla]: That's not like an entrance?

  • What? Why twice?

  • That's really weird

  • Okay

  • Now you know, you come to Express Bus Terminal, you gotta exit twice.

  • So we came up a level, and there's like an underground shopping area here. It looks huge

  • It looks just like Gangnam, it's like clearner, it looks really nice

  • I think this is the first time I hung out with somebody like, I've been out in Seoul

  • without anybody that knows Korean

  • It's been an adventure

  • We're heading up the escalator now. Kim asked at the information desk

  • In her awesome Korean, and we found out the Nike store's on the eighth floor

  • We're doing well

  • Look at the Kangaroo, they look like they're real, they're really creepy looking

  • Aww they're so cute, aww

  • Right we have found Nike. It's decently big. They might have the shoes

  • Please have the shoes.

  • They don't have the shoes, that was a pretty small store. They just had these shoes on the wall here. No luck.

  • Oh well, do some other shopping, and I'll try and find another Nike store I guess. mm-hmm

  • So it looks really similar to Gangnam shopping, but I feel like there's less people here,

  • It's a little quieter and Kim was saying the prices are cheaper here

  • Sometimes, so yeah might be a nicer place to shop

  • That looks so good on them cuz they're grey

  • Yeah the style's a little different

  • [Kim]: Pikachu's really cute though, I don't have that style yet, but I don't think my dogs gonna be happy with this.

  • This place is crazy. We've been walking down this road for like 15 minutes

  • And there's still this much left to go

  • Oh my god. You need like a full day to explore this place

  • They also have home stuff

  • Kim said I should come here to get home stuff cuz it's cheap

  • Carpets and stuff

  • Look at that bed

  • Dream bed.

  • It'd be kind of awkward carrying it out of the station though. Are these slippers? Oh, they're tissue box covers

  • Yeah

  • Wow they even have dishes and stuff.

  • Megan would like this store

  • She's obsessed with Christmas decorations.

  • This is what our house is gonna look like when she's done. Yeah

  • The Christmas tree store, it smells like Christmas trees too, but they're all fake

  • I totally want to

  • I like that one too oh, they're so nice

  • It's so cute, I love it!

  • Yeah, how much are they

  • I really like that one

  • Another tree store. Whaaat~

  • This one the whole thing is 200000 Won

  • That would be $200. That's really cheap for that size with all the lights and everything

  • Yeah

  • Yeah, oh, I'm totally getting one

  • Oh my god look at that crowd of people. It's like solid people waiting for the train

  • oh

  • god

  • We're in Garosu-gil now, and the trees are wearing sweaters. I'm not sure why but it's pretty cute.

  • Christmas one

  • Every tree on this street has a sweater on

  • Okay, we're both starving. She's been walking so much today. Time for some sugar

  • We're on the way to a bakery

  • That apparently has some vegan cakes so we're gonna eat all the cakes, so it's gonna be our dinner

  • We found it. It's called The Nilk Factory.

  • They label them, so it tells you which dessert to vegans. The chocolate one is, oh my god it's avocado chocolate

  • Getting one of those

  • Sounds good, and then I'm gonna get some carrot cake for my husband

  • So they make all their drinks with almond milk, so many of them are vegans

  • They make their almond milk here in the store, I guess. They have all these flavored almond milks. This is the one that Kim got

  • Looks good

  • So these are all gluten-free

  • So they've got gluten-free stuff and vegan stuff. The guy that works here is so nice and his English is really good

  • We didn't need any Korean in here

  • Didn't get to practice our Korean here, but yeah, the menu looks really nice. Hopefully it's yummy. the chocolate cake looks so good

  • They're so cute, thank you so much! Wow

  • It's adorable. So I got an a vanilla latte

  • I think I can't remember now and then Kim got an, what flavor did you get?

  • [Kim]: An almond sweet milk. [Sharla]: It looks good, and then Kim's blueberry cake [Kim]: Yours looks really good.

  • [Sharla]: I hope it's good

  • chocolate

  • Alright we're gonna dig in, we're starving

  • Please be good, please be good, please be good

  • Mmmmm, it's delicious

  • Like really dark chocolate flavor

  • [Kim]: It's very light.

  • We're all finished in the cafe that was nice, nice healthy dinner of chocolate cake

  • Make sure you go subscribe to Kim if you are not subscribed to her yet, she's also doing Vlogmas

  • She's gonna be all over the place for Vlogmas, she's going to Japan soon

  • I'll be back in Japan too. So yeah, we're in more videos together too. Alright guys, I'll see you when I get back home

  • Hey guys, I'm back home now, and I'm gonna show you my stamp, so this is what the little case looks like

  • And this is the design we chose. If you look carefully you can see that it's half of a heart

  • So when he puts his beside it it makes a full heart

  • I like how they're really colorful and pretty. I feel like it's the second best to the cat one that I wanted so

  • I'm happy with it. It's really cute. I hope I get a chance to use it when we move here
