All right, They were all really good anywhere.

Let's get into it.

All right, So I have an app idea, and basically, I can't quite say what the entire project is gonna be quite yet biggest.

I don't want someone else that's better than me at coding or building this to just take the idea and build it themselves.

So therefore, I won't say exactly what what it iss but ask.

This kind of vlog goes along.

I will explain more and more what the actual app is gonna be, and then hopefully I'll be able to launch it during this summer.

Or that's the goal at least.

But we'll see.

So basically it's going to be some sort of social network type of app.

And I think that's quite relevant because a lot of APS today need some sort of social network component, even if it's just tow.

Have users being ableto saved their information to a database of some sort.

So basically, what I'm gonna do with this vlog type of setup is I'm gonna film the process as I build this app or build my start up.

And the point is to kind of show on a higher level how toe bring all these things together so howto make an app on how to get that up to communicate with the server and how toe actually have users on the app and have uses being able to follow each other and all that stuff.

I won't go into the specific details on howto work with all these different technologies, but I'll kind of show you or give you on overview of what different technologies you might need to be able to build something like this so that then you can go out yourself and kind of research the specific details on all that stuff because I think there's a lot of stuff out there for the specific technologies.

But there's not a lot of stuff out there for how all the different technologies kind of work together.

So that's hopefully what this kind of log will bring.

I also want to stress that I'm not an expert, so I'll probably be making a lot of mistakes.

And my hope is just that I can film this and you can see it, And maybe you can avoid some of the mistakes that all make.

And also, if you're really knowledgeable in this area and you see that I'm doing something that doesn't make sense, then please just leave a comment and suggest how I could do it differently or better because I'd appreciate that.

All right, so the first step for me at least, is gonna be to try to make a small little test at that will communicate to some sort of server and so that I can try toe create fake users just cause I haven't done that before.

So I'll see how that ghosts and I did email on old teacher of mine, and he said that Hiroko was something that he would suggest for kind of starting out with a sort of social network type of act.

So first, I'm just gonna research Hiroko on how that works, and then hopefully we'll be able to deploy a small little app where you can just log in basically, all right.

So basically this tutorial that I found, it's probably gonna be the best way to start.

And the way that our understanding is that all of this will basically be like the back end and will create kind of the FBI so that we can then through the r, um, send requests to the FBI and get the user and all that the information.

Yeah, and it's done with python and flask.

Now, the next step is just to try toe kind of follow this tutorial and build out just a basic application like this will be a Web application.

But then I will try to also build a a nap and see how it works with requesting stuff from the actual act to this web.

Seven kind of get a handle on how all that stuff comes together.

All right, All right.

So what I've done so far is built a kind of just a flask, a python flask, web app, and I'm running it just on my local server and then built just some routes in this app.

Basically, just been following this tutorial.

So now basically, we could call something like I built one called users So and then this will list the uses that we have Now, this is just, like, hard coded.

I've just created some faith users, but, uh, the ideas that once I've got the donor base going and all that stuff, the uses would be ableto maybe go to something like, I think it would end up looking like a profile.

And then question mark equals and then the user I d or whatever it is, like the unique key for that, you, sir, Um and then they would get their personal information.

So now it's time to go into kind of the actual dollar base.

And I think they used post GREss for that.

So we'll build out the kind of daughter base and tried toe start querying the daughter base and see if we can create users and that sort of thing.

So yep, that's the next task.

All right, so now we have one of those classic things when it comes to programming.

I've been following this tutorial from start to finish that were, I've gotten this far, and then basically, I should run this command and it should create a folder named Migrations.

So here.

We should see a folder in here that says, my gracious, If I type in, uh, this command in the terminal, so do that.

And there's no folder.

And if I do this, then you can say here there's no nothing here called Migrations, just one of those classic things.

When it comes to programming, all of some of the things don't work.

Probably because I've done something wrong at some point.

But yeah, that's where I'm at right now, so I'll try toe fix that somehow.

All right, this is what I built so far you basically, if you go to the just a local server, you get the hello world and then you can go to sign up and then you have a name.

So let's say that we want to use it called old, Let's say and then we need the password, and then we have a variable cold pose.

So and let's say that it's hello world.

This should now give us a user in the database that's called Arnold, and that's the password of whatever that was.

And the first post should be Hello world.

And this says it welcome Arnold, so that should mean that we have If I do another here in the database and I do select store from you, sir.

Yep.

Now we have a user called Arnold and the passwords.

123 Lalla.

And then hello.

World is the first post.

Now we can also do this show users, And this then gives us a Jason response off all the users that we have.

And basically, this is the start of what would be than the actual app.

So the next step will be basically building just a very simple, um app where I tried toe query the daughter base and try to get users, I guess.

But this is good.

We're moving along slowly, so hopefully it won't be too much left until we get just the basics up and running.
