Everyone has been a bit of a lazy one.

To be perfectly honest, I think we woke up about half 9 10 o'clock ish, which is very unlike me.

But if I need a lay in on a day that I can have a lay in, I'm gonna have a lay in.

And today is one of those days we've actually got nothing planned today either.

We were gonna go Thio something called Nana Fest here in like well, like woman stands.

I think we love the restaurant owners, which is over there on they're throwing this, like, kind of festival thing, but the weather's just changed and you can literally see autumn coming like there's a load of trees that are already going like the changing color in the woods at the back of our house.

So, yeah, it's not really the weather for it, which is such a shame.

But at the same time, it's like it just gives us an excuse to have an at home day.

We were gonna go with Alex and Sam, you know, our friends that are, like, married as well, But I think they're gonna come here, and we're gonna have dinner here and have, like, a cozy evening ours.

I think I might cook something healthy dough just for the sake of being healthy because I don't really want to eat anything.

We had an Indian the other night.

I don't know why.

It just always seemed like such a good idea at the time, like, yeah, Indian.

And then afterwards you're like, Why did I eat So I always wake up the next day with regret.

I'm just one of those people that more than anything, just enjoys, like, eating healthy.

I feel like good when I eat healthy and I take no joy after eating bad stuff at all.

I'm just one of those people.

Today is gonna be one of those healthy days.

Lots of water, lots of healthy food, my treat myself to a glass of wine in the evening.

But we'll see how we go on dhe.

Just kind of get the house in working order for the week ahead.

So I'm going to train downstairs, and then I'm going t o have a bit of a tidy up.

Got lots of washing to do so healthy morning on dhe, then a productive day on Dhe, then hopefully an enjoyable one.

I'm gonna get the spare bedroom ready as well, Just in case, because I think that maybe Alex and Sam will stay over because they live not the furthest away, but like a fair bit away.

It's just kind of like, Well, you might as well stay over when we've got the room.

In fact, I'm gonna text them and ask them because I'm like, Yeah, I could have to give that remove big go clean work out.

Let's do this.

The room down here is a room that actually, when we first meet, didn't we didn't really know what to do with it.

Well, we weren't sure we might have just kept It was like storage.

But now that we have actually bothered to put a little bit of money into it and make a little kind of at home gym, it's so good for days like today when I just want to, like, get a workout.

And I don't want to drive like over to my gym or I don't wanna go outside like I don't really like running by myself.

So this is perfect for me to be able to just come down, get a little bit workout in on Dhe, then crack on with my day, usually stopped out with one of Sarah Day Sarah's days like 15 minute workhouse.

She doesn't like in real time with you.

And it's so good because you don't have to, like, pause.

And that time is because she does it for you.

So I'm gonna do one of those begin with.

Then I'll usually do like a beautiful Pallotti's kind of thing, either abs and arms or legs on dhe.

If I have time, I'll do a little bit of, like yoga or any kind of going really just kind of stretch myself out afterwards.

So I am gonna end to kind of do that today.

I need to warm up.

It's cold down here.

Probably need thio thermostats up a little bit now that we're like moving into winter, but no winter autumn, but just a little bit of autumn people to get it working.

It's my first workout weekend, so I'm gonna give myself a little bit of a hard time gonna give it some.

I'm gonna link all of the workhouse I do in the description box, but these the ones that are kind of over and over again.

And if I'm ever, like not sure about motivation or anything like that, or use one of these videos, just put it on on DDE usually make its way through to the end, and then I just kind of rolled into the other one.

But it's really good if I don't have any, like inspiration or anything like that, like a workout.

Sometimes I just go like I don't know what to do on these.

Now I'm gonna deal Pallotti's one with about beautiful because I bloody love them because I had Lumi crying, upset like me, yelling on Um, I kind of figured that she'd call an animal.

This is part of everyday life here in the countryside now that we allow them out links and leave me, unfortunately, are pro animal catcher extraordinaire, ears and even links.

The other day we saw him with like an adult bunny.

It was like the size of links, and it's not very nice.

And I've just spotted that she's obviously lost the mouth.

We've had a last minute decision Thio possibly go to the garden centre and go to Frost's.

So I think we're gonna quickly kind of get ready on dhe head out there.

We'll probably only get like, an hour there, but Ali needs to pick up some bits, and I just love Frost's.

Anyway, you always find a really nice seasonal things on.

I'm totally in the mood for, um, getting into the kind of autumn spirit in the house.

So I've already started burning some of my candles.

This is Velvet Rose, and I I find it.

I find that this was a really good deep kind of autumn fragrance as well.

So I've got a couple of those on another one that on the center island as well, I feel like I'm gonna need to get some or kind of autumnal flowers to go on here.

But foe flowers, obviously, because these are quite spring.

Like I'm gonna have to start changing up the flowers of everything.

Oh, how exciting.

Before I talk to you about the mop, which I'm actually not be using yet, but I thought I would take you into my activity room at the moment, kids talk you through a few things I'm gonna be doing in here whilst I wait to get ready for the book and ready to go yet.

My goodness, my helpers broads back.

But I actually have decided I'm gonna have a bit of fun in this utility room.

I love thee, Stone that's been used in here.

It's a quartz.

Definitely.

It's not marble, but I've decided that I'm gonna change all of the hardware in this room to brushed brass on dhe.

We've got railings going on the center island.

Railings from parable will be going on on the center island.

And I'm also gonna paint a lot of the cupboards in railings as well that it just is a small room.

There is no denying that.

So I think that this is the one room it could take to have all of the cupboards painted in this color on.

And then I'm going to change all of the fixtures.

So the handles on the tap and the sinks in the plugs that we're gonna be changed to bras as well.

I'm then going to get a beautiful either painting or mirror in here.

I'm not sure yet just to kind of make it feel a little bit more special in here.

I love this room.

You'll know that this is my favorite room, one of them in the house just to make it a little bit Maur uh, inviting and a little bit more fun just to have some fun in here.

It's fun when you've got small rooms because you can't be something a little bit different in them on.

I'm gonna be doing the same thing with the downstairs toilet.

I'm gonna kind of make it a little bit more different on dhe experiment a little bit more with dark colors so that the whole house doesn't end up being like light and airy with there are areas that we can have a little bit more fun in.

So yeah, on this is where we keep all of our nicely organized cleaning products at the moment.

But I'm thinking I'm gonna go to Frost's just simply looking like this because it's a chilled, relaxed days knowing my dressing gown.
