So what's life like after quarantine? Here's NBC's Bob Woodruff Tonight. This is Wuhan, the Chinese city with a global pandemic began. Now it's reopened with a little bit of celebration weeks. We've been following American Maxie Word, his wife, Li Don, and his six month old daughter, Rachel, who are quarantined in their neighborhood. I can't leave if I wanted to.
