  • So for me, it is all about positivity.

  • But at the same time, it's also about letting go off things that are not required, letting go of things that are holding you back.

  • So it's such a cool time of the year.

  • For me, it's winter's just the best time.

  • I'm gonna talk about my New Year's resolution to you all.

  • So, as you can see, this place is very quiet, extremely beautiful and quaint.

  • The first resolution that I have is I have decided to scared you'll time out of the week when I'm going to do nothing.

  • Yes.

  • So what?

  • I mean here is that whenever we decide to do nothing or we decide to take time out like this, we actually recollect our thoughts and organize them better.

  • And how does this help you?

  • Well, this help you settle your mind on set better goals.

  • So how about you scheduled time out every week for yourself?

  • Maybe an hour just to recollect your thoughts, organize your mind and set better goals for yourself?

  • Well, I have decided to go off technology off radiations for an hour a week.

  • How about you do that?

  • Like saving the earth, saving yourself?

  • All right, now let's talk about resolution.

  • Yes, I have to register resolutions for this year.

  • One is I'm going to finally learn how to play guitar.

  • I have been trying to learn guitar, but this year I'm going to learn to trust in the New Year and forced time for us to residents.

  • So what are your residence?

  • Let me share my resolutions with all you guys out there.

  • But first I really want to be are organized.

  • I do know that you only work on.

  • I would really like to organize myself.

  • My things might work.

  • So, yes, that's one of my I do have a lot of new your resolutions, just like some off you on.

  • I really intend to keep it this time.

  • So I got three New year resolutions.

  • The 1st 1 would possibly be to really eat more healthy because sometimes I find that because of my hectic work schedule, I'm unable to keep a healthy diet.

  • So I'm gonna change that this time place.

  • Isn't it beautiful?

  • It's cold and it's snowing.

  • Do you like the snow?

  • Well, I love the snow.

  • But you know what?

  • It always used to scare me.

  • I used to be like, Will I be able to handle the cold?

  • And guess what?

  • I've handled the cold.

  • Amazingly.

  • So what did I do?

  • I said yes to something that scared me.

  • So I've made another resolution.

  • I've made a resolution that I will say yes to all the things that scare me for this whole month.

  • How about you do that too?

  • So you can say yes to that kickboxing class that scares you.

  • Or you can say yes to your friend who's inviting you to speak at a conference.

  • How do you think about it?

  • Well, go ahead and say yes to the things that scare you and that is going to make your 2019 more courageous.

  • My second resolution for the year is that I have to at least travel toe to new places.

  • I'm going to take out time from my work and from everything else and just travel to to new places just a tune with me for the coming year and see if I am able to withhold my resolutions or not.

  • Yeah.

  • And why don't you tell me what are your resolutions?

  • I'm really hoping that you guys have fantastic your head.

  • Okay, well, I do have another resolution for myself, which iss a little more nicer to people and be a little more.

  • But I am a nice person.

  • I wouldn't deny that, but yes, I would like to be a little more nicer in becoming nuclear.

  • So what do you have to say about it?

  • But do share your resolutions with us?

  • Well, we would love to read about it on hold.

  • We can work on your resolutions.

  • And don't just give it up in the first month.

  • I would love to spend more time with my family because sometimes, you know, we realized too late that that family is all we have on.

  • It's always best to give them the priority that they require.

  • I would also like to be more organized because sometimes when there's too much to do, I can get a little flustered, so I'm gonna be more organized.

  • I'm gonna be more schedule oriented on make sure I have a more hassle free.
