As we see the consumers who are, you know, 15
homebound and hunkering down, they're buying 16
things like salty snacks, ice cream, and even 17

Shoppers who usually go for fresh produce 19
and healthy whole grains are now opting 20
for packaged and processed items that can 21
live for months on their shelves. 22
These are easy to make meals for families who 23
are adapting to their new normal during this pandemic 24
and let's face it. They recall a nostalgic time when 25
life seemed so much simpler. 26
