We got to get that figured out, you know, cosmetic stuff.

The biggest thing, which you probably all noticed on the way in is the treehouse right there.

It's so amazing.

Like there's that one second platform you just there.

I think the tree house is gonna help us immensely from a rental standpoint.

Parents gonna go gambling or skiing whatever.

I mean, kids wanna play area as well.

For all the adult kids here, Jerry, Martha, Kevin and I did a little reclaiming of the cabin itself.

I love the new floor plan, and we're just excited to come up and start your wife.

So this whole new island, all new floors and then playing down all the logs, lacquer them all down The Goldstone Free Child in that house were professional crews that do this all the time.

And their work was on par with that at the store system on the roof.

So you're running on functioning solar system right now.

We've cut down a summit fire hazard.
